News had come of a new wolf in Sacrarium, an aspiring Mystic, if Lorelai heard right. She sought out the newcomer as the sun was starting to set, and it sent the entire forest into a golden glow. It was beautiful. Outside the tunnels, Lorelai called for the stranger.
Ash Paw was beginning to get accustomed to this small little forest pack. Her own medicinal caches already beginning as she gathered herbs to sacrifice and build stores. It really was ideal to gather in August. It was then she could build and grow her plants. She would make beds and gardens soon as well.

Though on this late afternoon, a howl rang out, just as the sun began to sink beyond the horizon. So with one last look at her den and stores, she began to trot towards the wolf that had called. Her body drawn regal and calming as it was always.

Hello. She drawled quietly, eyes downcast, though her head still held the proud tilt it always did, though her body showed deference, even with the tilt.
Hi, I'm Lorelai, one of Sacrarium's Mystics. She would smile tentatively, then pressed, You're a healer as well, aren't you? Her ears would prick forward in interest, and she wondered, Would you like to go herb gathering with me?
Ash paw frowned in thought, then spoke honestly as she always did. Healer seems a bit of a stretch. I know much plant life, both good and bad. However, I have never fully used my trade on anyone. My father didn't much give stock into plantlife, though he liked that I was like his mother and sister in that regard. And my auntie Thistle was the one who did most of the healing. She was reknown.

She shifted her paws and then gave a nod. Yes I will, but I ask that you allow me to take a few extra, nothing much to sacrifice to my god and goddess? This is the month of the ram moon and as such a beginning of autumn from summer. and to celebrate is to collect herbs.
Lorelai nodded as Ash Paw explained her background, and the Mystic smiled, saying, I'm not really known as a healer yet, but I learned a lot from my mentor. And she was growing her craft almost daily. Ash Paw then spoke of gods and goddesses, and Lorelai tilted her head curiously. I'm sure it'll be no problem. The forest has plenty of herbs. Then, she asked, Do you think you could help me identify a plant? I came across it the other day and it's been bothering me ever since.
Ash paw nodded her head. I'd love to plant a garden if we can find a place. Where we can gather herbs and bring them back that may not be had in our forest?

Ash's mind was already racing thinking of things she could do and plants she could bring. Her auntie had, had so many gardens. Even Gunnar had toiled beside them, she should find the old codger check on him. Last time she'd seen him, he'd been busted up pretty bad.

I can try. Let's see it. She smiled.
