Following shortly after our previous thread.

Völva. A different concept, but one similar enough to her former title, oracle.

The air was fresh and new, here in the strath. It was a pleasant and calming. For once, the small she-wolf did not fear treading from the caverns. But even so, they were the place where she found peace and silence. Now with the witch's den gone, she would need somewhere new for her activities.

If anyone, @Fury would surely know the proper place.

To the burrow in which the white woman's scent lingered, Khasni hovered close to the entryway. Fullvalda. She whispered, soft and smooth. It was an unusual thing for her to be so calm and lacking bitterness, but perhaps (slowly) her ways would change.
Fury was not in her de n when Khasni came looking for her there.
But she was returning to it for a brief nap.

Looking to the Saga with an inquisitive gaze, the Warqueen would chuff before coming a bit closer.
"What can I do for you, Saga?" She asked, tone patient and neutral.
Fury was rarely warm, personality-wise.
That was saved for those she was close to.
The white one was not within her den, but she was not far. Upon Khasni's approach, Fury appeared. She was not missed.

I do not know this land well. Soon, I may not be able to see as much of it as I would like... Slowly, her tone hardened. The wound Alduin had left upon her face had not healed. In a matter of days, she would have only one eye for her use. While still able, now was the only time the seer had to familiarize herself with where she would spend most of her time.

I need to know where is the best place to house myself. In the heartwood, there was a den reserved for me, both spacious and isolated. As I mentioned prior, most of my time is reserved for communication with the unseen. Wherever it is I go, I must be sure I am veiled from the eyes and claws of others.

Khasni hoped that the fullvalda would hold some useful knowledge. But in the event that this was not the case, she would have to find a place on her own.
Fury observed Khasni as she spoke of her eye injury, and the need to house herself in an isolated place.

Thinking, the Fullvalda eventually offered "There is a cavern system in the side of the mountains, at the edges of our woodlands. There should be plenty of cave rooms for you to choose from there?" It was the same system the Saints had found refuge in during last year's winter, during the whiteout.
The cave system would need to find a purpose again sooner or later.
Her knowledge was of use after all.

Caverns. There were many not in use. This would do. It had to.

I will search them, thank you. Without a need for anything else, the woman slowly turned to leave.

But before she did, a glance was cast over her shoulder. A slight warning, for you and your clansmen... I do not like being intruded upon. It is only you I trust in this moment. But as for the others, I will not allow them to be in any vicinity sacred to me and my work. I trust that you can make this known to them? It was a very audacious thing to ask of someone above her, but Khasni was not new to the concept of seeking things above the heads of those superior to herself.
Fury would nod in acknowledgement of the Saga's thanks, and listen as Khasni explained that she didn't like being intruded upon.
It was a fair boundary, the Fullvalda supposed, especially for a deeply spiritual wolf like the one before her.
"I will tell them." She agreed.

Let it be known here that behind the scenes, Fury kept her word and said something to everyone to leave Khasni alone lol.

The Warqueen would then decide to allow an exit for the Saga if she wished for one -
"Is there anything else I can do for you, Saga?"
last from me!

The fullvalda agreed. There was no hesitance, nor argument. The subject was it its end.

An exiting invitation followed.

Khasni dipped her head lightly, but did not do so too low. The last time she had made that mistake, another turned their back to her. This would not be the case again.

No, fullvalda. That is all.

If allowed, the völva would make use of the invitation and turn to leave.
