having been visited by a royal once, gucci decided the next would be properly invited.
all the rooms of the villa di gucci were dusted and aired ( not that the prince would be in more than one ). the courtyard was cleared of snow, with piles pushed to the back so that the children might still entertain themselves afterwards. royal larders not within access, it took a bit of tonguework to persuade a servant into preparing a proper meal.
finally, with the dining/living room all properly set - pelts washed in snow them warmed in sunlight - and the crude clay cups what held spiced pine liqueur and reed plates stacked with variety meats all laid out, gucci sent word for sōzokujin @Makono, to make good on the previous agreement to visit.
