Lilly took off allowing the wind to run through her moonlit fur, this was a new experience to her and she felt good finally for once, she spotted a rabbit and took off for it, pouncing on it and taking it down, the blood dripped from her lips, " I shall take this to the pack" she thought to herself, so she started trotting to the pack so that she could give it to them.

She hoped that she would be liked hopefully. This was the fresh start she needed
The moon fills Rain with strength as she jumps from one cliff to another. She loves this feeling of danger, knowing that one misstep can send her tumbling down the side of the mountain. Even now she pauses to study her next jump down a steep slope to a worn path below.

Body tense, she pushes off the cliff ledge while sticking her forelegs out to take the impact. Shock waves jolt up her forelegs as she lands, causing her to clench her teeth. Her back paws come up beneath her to keep herself from falling forward on her face. She skids to a halt, shaking from fatigue and begins to pant. The goal of jumping around on cliffs is to bring her stamina up, but it is wearing her out quickly.

Laying down to rest, she notices a glimpse of white fur passing by. "Hey!" She calls out to it. "Over here!"
Lilly hears a voice calling her so she quickly slides to a stop, dirt filled the air. she turned around and started to trot towards the voice, she came up to a female wolf, must be in the pack she thought.

Lilly put down the rabbit so she could talk "Yes" She said to the she-wolf
Rain looks this white female over, taking a fleeting glance at the dead rabbit. "Sorry if I am interrupting you, but I saw you passing by and wanted to meet you." She sits up, holding her body erect. "I'm Rain. Still new to the Sunspire and eager to meet everyone here." She tilts her head asking, "Were you bringing that rabbit to someone?"
Lilly looked at rain " No I wasn't bringing it to anyone in specific, I am new to Sunspire, I thought I would catch some game and bring it to the pack, My name is Lilly. here I would be honored if you would take this rabbit"she said picking up the rabbit and dropping it next to her then using her nose to move it closer to her then letting her tail pick up a wag
She takes a bite of the rabbit, savoring its juicy taste before licking her jaws. "Thanks. And it's nice to meet you Lilly." She nudges the rabbit saying, "Go ahead and have the rest. It's your kill."

She watches the white wolf with interest. Lilly is kind to want to share her kill. "If you don't mind me asking, where are you from?"
Lilly ate a chunk of the rabbit, blood dripped from her muzzle, it was satisfactory, it stopped the ping of hunger in her belly. " I was apart of my father and mother's pack before joining this one, in my mother and father's pack once you get old enough you leave the pack and begin fresh somewhere and that is just what i have done"she said
"That's a strange tradition," Rain comments. How could a pack flourish if pups were expected to leave once grown? Perhaps they had a large pack and couldn't support all their wolves. If she had lived in a pack like that, she doesn't think she could actually leave without a fight. "Don't you miss them?"
"Yes i miss them very much, but we had a very large pack, alot of the alphas children are often told to go start somewhere new" she said
"I see," Rain replies to Lilly's explanation. "Well Lilly, it was good meeting you and thank you again for the rabbit." Turning to leave she says a farewell, "Good hunting to you." She had enjoyed their little conversation, but sleep is starting to get to her. It was time to head back to the camp. "We will run into each other again, I'm sure." Taking leave, she trots off.
Rain had been the only friend she had made and she hated to see her go but she bid her farewell and continued walking until she came to an old oak tree, the oak tree was so simple yet so beautiful, carved by thousands of years of living, she laid near the oak tree and looked up the bright shining moon beating down on the tree, she wondered if this tree could speak what would it say, she wondered how much this tree had seen then she laid her head down and let her eyes begin to get heavy.
