To the lodge of the small family, Sialuk brought a plump fish she had caught in one of the spear’s many streams. It was cold and fatty, and it would provide many good things for the new mother who had lost and gained much in such a short time.
Sialuk peered into the home, eyes adjusting to the dark. The small body of @Raiyuk lay nestled against @Nasamik, and the starwoman dropped the fish near the new mother.
