She could have gone to Bridget, but this just felt a deeply personal thing. She'd been with Alaric her first heat and he'd given her the herbs to supress it. And here she knew it was coming could tell hoped she was in time. But her scent was already beginning to change just a little.

So she forced herself up the spear stopping at the border a hare and an otter at her feet. It wasn't much but their pelts could be cured. And she knew Alaric preferred otter for his packs.

she came for Alaric but obvs since he is also me it's open to whomever :p and her scent is changing but it hasn't fully erupted yet she still has time before her body goes into heat.
They returned from their journey to the Sunspire—@Sialuk had given him a kiss goodbye and parted ways with him, a silent bid that she needed space. His love for her was not fragile in this sense and so he took to the borders, knowing he would not find rest until he had marked them once more upon his return—the strength of the pack showing through how well they had been tended while gone.

A dark figure loomed ahead, and the silver man was swift as he came to intercept her, eyes sweeping over her before noting the otter at her paws—an offering of sorts?

“Welcome to Moonspear,” he offered, albeit gruff, as the scent of the dark creature teased at his nostrils.
A man kissed in metal and moonlight was there looking down at her. She tightened her tail tighter around her paws, shrinking further into herself. She had expected that Alaric would meet her here. Not someone she didn't know.

She tilted an ear forward and bobbed her head with a gentle greeting. Hiya. You have moonlight and sky eyes.

She looked down for a minute. I'm Amalia. I came to get some herbs from my brother Alaric.
the man argent came first. but chakliux felt himself more striking. he had been carrying a duck back to the innermost caches when he found the thread of the malikatâk, and corrected his course, slinging the bird over his shoulders.
"do you call for sialuk?" chakliux said when he had come closer, eyes dancing. for what do you come?
Before he could respond, a question came from behind. The man who had previously resided in the sick den came—a welcome sight to Argent, for it meant the hunter was in better health and spirit. With a light tip of his muzzle in welcome acknowledgement of the pale-hued man—Argent would offer him insight. “This is Alaric’s sister, Amalia. She seeks him for herbs.”

His eyes fell upon the duck slung over hefty shoulders of his comrade, and he felt an easy grin pulling at his lips. “Nice catch.”

And then to their visitor, who’s ripening scent was potentially the reason Chakliux had taken an interest in the borders in the first place… “One of us can take you to him, if you wish. Or we can call for him and wait here.”
And then there were two. She tightened her tail around herself and was immediately irritated. She was not a usual ire wolf, but now both of them had arrived. And she imagined it was not to be kind at the borders. She cursed herself silently for having let this go this long. But she had to run a message for Atreus and she had needed to speak with Maia. But they were all simply excuses weren't they. Excuses because seh didn't want to face the reality, or maybe there was some other deep seated meaning, that she wouldn't know.

Instead she put a smile to her face when the new came and saw his scars and his eyes. You have sunrise eyes. They reminded her of the sun when it rose and it was pink and rosy hued. When you knew something bad was coming, but she wouldn't tell him that, despite that part of it, that was one of the prettiest sunrises.

Amalia then looked to the wolf that had met her. Had he shared his name. She thought it through. Had he. No he hadn't. Neither one were willing to give her their names and she felt a bit mistrustful. Which she felt they shouldn't blame her for. She knew what a women's scent could do to others and she didn't know them. She doubted very much her brother would allow himself to live among wolves that were monsters like that. But well what was she to do.

It doesn't matter to me. Both of you can, one of you can. I'd just like to get to alaric. I brought gifts for your pack. And once I am sorted. She huffed on a laugh.

I can also offer to hunt for the herbs or run a message, I'm quite a good scout.
Someone was at their borders. A visitor and not a total stranger to Moonspear. The latter Elentari wasn't aware of, nor of Amalia's direct relationship as sister to Alaric. She deposited her catch - a stoat - in the closest cache and turned in the direction of where their guest waited.

Beaten by Argent and Chakilux, she caught the tail end of the exchanged words as she arrived. Eyes on the dark female, who bore a striking resemblance to her brother. She had brought a gift as well, which was always appreciated amongst Sialuk and her wolves.

The Archer noted the off taint in her scent, but did not draw any more attention to it. "I could lead you to him, if you wish. I am an aspiring healer; I pass by his den often." She offered, in case Amalia might prefer the company of someone her own gender. "Or, we may go as a group." She glanced between Argent and Seal Hunter, leaving options open. Surely Sialuk would not mind an escort for Alaric's sister.
And then another and Amalia felt her throat close tightly and her eyes pricked with tears. She quickly had to hide her face, look downward a tightening of her tail further around her paws. She had simply wanted to come and get herbs. That was all and now three wolves were staring at her, expecting an answer for something that was quite embarrassing and hard to handle anyway. At least for her. This was only her 2nd time into heat, and she'd never let it go this far, so how was she to know part of this problem was her emotional range was haywire. Now she just felt like a fool and some side show in a circus tent and she wanted to scream.

Amalia suddenly stood and shifted. It's fine. Just let's go. There was a hurried quality to her voice, and her ears were tight to her head and her tail tucked tightly to her hindquarters. Edgy and anxious. She just wanted this over and she'd never step foot here again. She'd tell Alaric to meet her somewhere next year. That sounded like a plan to her.
last for me!

she was uncomfortable, and as elentari appeared, chakliux passed his eyes over the huntress.
"we will find you again," he said to her, then nudged argent gently, turning away. "i go to hunt high on the mountain," he told the other man meaningfully, as if to encourage them both aside. chakliux was soon gone from the scene and the tempting woman.
Elentari too, turned away. Not wishing to crowd the woman or make her more distressed. Any wolf from Brecheliant was a friend, and as Alaric's brother, she was welcome past the borders.

She followed the lead of Seal Hunter, padding off behind him before finding a separate trail of her own to go about her business.
