AW! tuna is harvesting some plants
Tuna had thought that the land of the reeds would be a little too similar to home for her taste. but the girl was surprisingly pleased when she had come to explore and notice that the land was not dotted with all the cacti she was so accustomed to seeing. while some of the succulent species remained the same, there were no prickly pear cacti, no tall saguaros where hawks perched upon and ate snakes, nothing that held the vicious thorn that too often than not found itself in her side.
no, today tuna instead saw many beautiful flowers, and perhaps a godsend she was not expecting to see. "whoo-eeee!" she comes to exclaim excitedly as she comes to skip over to the large green plant, "wasn't ex'pectin to see y'ew here, fren." a gentle nudge of her paw against one of its leaves in a silly manner.
it was aloe, a heavily relied-on plant for burns and for stomach pain. tuna could be seen doing a happy little tap dance upon this sight, like a little square dance of joy! aloe was such a staple back home, she was worried that she'd never see this plant again before her. and yet, here it was, flourishing.
so now tuna would come to examine its health, hoping she may be able to harvest some of its leaves if able.
