yes, chakliux was daring! yes, he raised his voice full-throated for @Elentari, teasing, gentle.
she did not need to choose him.
but he made it known to the lights above that he would sate her for as long as she desired him close; he remembered the touch of her silken dark pelt and craved her now, emboldened to all parts of him as he prowled the slopes of moonspear.
Elentari would answer the call of the seal hunter. But perhaps, not in the way he hoped. The fires of temptation had settled to a tempered warmth in her body. She was nearing the end of her time. Thus, her desires were not nearly as strong as they had been days ago.

After taking an extra moment to re-arrange the pelts in her ulaq, she turned to go intercept the wed man. The one who had bedded with Sialuk, and had now taken a second wife. She hoped that he may simply want to show her the ways of people, as he promised he would. Nothing more. Tracking him down to his current path, her dark form appeared atop the crest. She halted, calling out in an inquisitive chuff.
elentari came, and stood poised, beautiful. but she did not call for him.
and so chakliux would not see a beckoning where there was one.
his eyes, however, were filled with her beauty, her allure no less dampened for him despite its pending end.
"i have married tullik." he stepped forward. "will you be a companion to her, when i go to moontide?"
Mostly a cameo, unless he's needed or beckoned.

A call for his shadow—Chakliux. The trace of a smile pulled at his lips, frosted eyes scouring over the lissome form of Elentari as she exited her ulaq, his own silver form taut as he moved to casually stride after her, a cheeky nip cast upon the she-wolf’s hip.

He did not linger so close to her as to communicate his own desire of her—she had sated him, and he her, many times over the course of days. If she wished to bed the seal hunter, it would rankle him, surely—but he would not interfere.

He did, however, remain a distance—eyes drifting over the scene as the ivory man spoke something to her—he was not close enough to hear the murmured words—but given his distrust in the man who he felt should have been home with his wife and son at Moontide, rather than drifting through Moonspear, lurking for the she-wolves in heat.

In case Elentari did dismiss him—and the seal hunter was as dishonorable as Argent was beginning to suspect he was.
Behind her a ways, ever watchful and alert, Argent looked on. He did not interfere or crowd her space while she took time with Chakliux, which she appreciated. A pivot back of her ears showed her acknowledgement of her silver companion. One whom had grown just as close to her heart as Sialuk, now.

"Congratulations." She extended first. "You both are warmly in my thoughts." She was happy for their new arrangement. What came next, she was not surprised by. Almost expecting it. The Archer had seen how the red eyed one had gazed upon her so many times. Of how they laughed and enjoyed the natural ease of their company.

She digested this proposal, and in the end, breathed with a gentle shake of her head. "Seal Hunter. I am happy for you, truly. I like you. You are a fine man, an exceptional father and delightful company." Her eyes softened with her face. "But my place is here, on this mountain. With Sialuk. I can picture myself nowhere else."
she had misunderstood, but elentari's soft elegance was something to admire. chakliux smiled. "i would not ask you to come away from this place," the seal hunter said. "i ask only that you be a friend to her, while i am gone."
he did not look toward argent; he kept his eyes soft with gentle adoration and even the lingering hint of want on elentari, though he would not act strongly upon this.
Her eyes widened, brief embarrassment flashing across her face while her cheeks warmed. So she had misunderstood, was all! She shook her head with a small laugh at herself. "Oh I see, I see."

His wish was that she might keep Tullik company. Be a friend to her, woman to woman. "Of course I will, Chakliux." She had known that he was taking his departure to Moontide and would be happy to befriend the woman.
his own eyes, alight. "i thank you, elentari." his eyes, his body; they appreciated all her finery, all her elegant lines and soft mouthed words.
but she was of argent and sialuk now, the seal hunter felt. and this he would respect.
"long life and many children to you, elentari."
