@Sari

Arric didn't get out much, but he had left the creek behind for a time. His rangy limba giving him an advantage to going longer distances. There was new territories that'd not been explored at least by him.

Long lean shadow kissed he trotted around. Blue eyes gauging the sky he'd havecto rest soon and then head back. He didn't want to leave it undefended long. And he hated leaving Akavir and hia kids. Preferring to be a homebody.
Meadows like this were rare in the desert, and almost as cherished as oases. S'ari wandered among the blossoms, breathing deeply, enjoying the sweet smells. The grasses were soft under her sand-hardened paws. She stopped where she was quite suddenly and flopped over onto her side, then rolled onto her back and began to roll, coating herself in the scents of this meadow. This place was almost too green to be a place she would enjoy, but she could see the open desert around her, expanding far into the distance, and this made it easier to take.
A low sound nearby had the dark furred giant heading towards it. He was one of those ones that never learned caution when caution was due. Especially, when his curiosity got the best of him.

So it was with mild surprise he came across the smaller coyote rolling around in delight. A soft chuckle of surprise left him and he was literally about to be caught staring.

It was cute. Reminded him of Mae.
S'ari was embarrassed to admit that she was so busy rolling around that she did not notice the wolf staring at her for quite a few seconds. When she finally stilled long enough to see him, she jumped noticeably, and then laughed, though this position made her tense. He could kill her easily if he wished, for she was on her back, belly exposed. She rolled over onto her side, at least, to protect herself a bit, but grinned up at him from the ground.

So, she said, Are you simply going to stare at S'ari, or are you going to join her in her revelry? The blossoms might make this one smell better, yes? Less... mm, wolf-like. She flashed him another grin.
Arric backed up a fraction of a pawstep. He hadn't meant to scare her. She stared up at him with amused brown eyes. And though she had been startled she seemed in good spirits despite.

Arric bent his head to sniff at his fur, confused. Do i stink? Mae might threw up on me or maybe freaking Jakub got some of his dead things on me.

He sniffed again unsure. Then shrugged and flopped his larger body down and rolled. All limbs and body and then lay there staring up.
The wolf's response to her words surprised her so much that she was temporarily speechless, which was a pretty big feat to pull off with someone like S'ari, whose main goal in life was to start talking and never shut up. She watched him, owl-eyed, as he plopped down in the grass beside her and rolled around. Dead things? she repeated, staring at him a bit warily. Perhaps this Jakub he spoke of was insane... Not a great thought. And who is throwing up on you? This one has strange friends, it sounds like...
Arric didn't think much about what he said. Unless he needed too.  And he didn't think he needed to this time around. She didn't know him and he definitwly didn't know her.

Arric chuckled and turned to look at her from the corner of his eye. He was in a pretty vulnerable spot, but he had faith in his abilities.

They're my friend and leaders pups. Their mom went missing and messed with Jakub, and Mae has a habit of esting shit she shouldn't.

He laughed to himself, mae had a habit of doing a lot of shit she shouldn't.
When the big dark wolf explained that he was talking about children, S'ari breathed a sigh of relief, grinning in amusement. Ahh, she said, this makes much more sense. She frowned a moment later, however. Their mother is missing? This is not good. She hummed, musing silently to herself for a moment. What does she look like? Perhaps S'ari can keep her eye out? S'ari did not wish for children of her own, but she thought of what it would have been like to grow up without her own mother, and it was not a happy thought. For all that the Tribe was family equally, she loved her own mother fiercely.
He chuckled. Yea i guess that was a little weird how i worded it.

Her next question and he had think. Gosh how long had it been since he'd seen Jakoul? Longer than he liked to remember. No wonder thr babies were messed up.

He sat up and held a paw. About this high. Black as night, silver eyes. Walks with a permanent limp, like she broke a leg and it didnt heal right.
S'ari sat up as the dark wolf spoke. She did not remember seeing any wolf of such description, although she had not met many wolves period since coming here. Well. S'ari will keep her eyes peeled. She laughed. What a strange expression. Peeled eyes. Mm. This one thinks not. She sighed in contentment, gazing around at the meadow and the surrounding landscape for a moment. So. What is your name? S'ari bets you can guess what Sari's name is. She winked at him.

The participants have indicated the following reason(s) for this warning: Swearing per usual with Arric

Arric wasn't holding out much hope. Jakoul had disappeared as quickly as she had arrived. It was saddening really. Not for him, he hadn't been close to her. Liked her well enough, but she had been another one that Akavir had taken a chance on and it had hurt him again. Perhaps that was why the dick fuck was so messed up. He had no luck sometimes, unless it was bad. No he couldn't think like that. No negative vibes man.

M'name is Arric.

He chuckled and looked her over hmm. Clementine? You look like a clementine? No maybe a foreign name. Naw too easy. I bet it's Georgia isn't it? Or maybe hmm. Ashley?
S'ari released one single, Ha! in surprised laughter, and then fell over and began laughing in earnest. Clementine. Georgia. Ashley! This one is funny, no? she gasped, in between guffaws. After a few seconds, she calmed, and stared up at Arric from her back. It is good to know wolves have a sense of humor. Her other wolf friends had one, as well, but it always pleasantly surprised her to meet another.

short post sorry
No worries <3

He chuckled at her ha. A kind smile. i try.

Mostly he was just glad to have someone that didnt know him. Someone that had no ties to creek. A momwnt of respite if you will from the pack that he so dearly lived, but it was beginning to stress him at times.
S'ari sat up again, and then stood completely. Well, she began, S'ari supposes she must move on. She must return home, and it is a long walk from here. She will keep a look-out for the dark limping wolf with the silver eyes, and send her... where? S'ari hesitated, realizing she didn't know what she was supposed to say if she saw the children's mother. What direction should S'ari send the mother if she sees her? Should S'ari give a name? Yours, perhaps?

Arric sat up and shook his pelt free and dipped his head down in goodbye.

Swiftcirrent Creek is where we live and her baby daddy is Akavir.

He turned and lifted a paw as far as he could towards the way he had come.

That way. Well met, S'ari.
