Into the mountains, and now Elphaba found another pack to consider. The scout Amalia had given her so many names and so much information, she hardly knew what to do with it, and so figured the best path forward was the one she'd already chosen with Nox. They would meet with leaders. They would talk. Then they would decide.

As with Swiftcurrent Creek, she didn't hesitate to howl the moment she came near to the borders. Living in the mountains was a harsh existence; if the valley wolves were protective, Elphie half-expected hostility to meet her here. She could hardly risk going back to Nox with nothing but a few fresh bite marks to show for the trip. How would she ever explain that?
Reyson didn't leave Meadow's side often as of late, but he heard the howl and decided to investigate. Icy blue eyes watching as large scarred frame and face came into view.
