colt is trying to see who is sticking around and who is going, so he's calling for all active former TRI & gang members, up to u if u join or not <3

@Iseul @Matteo @Ines @Boone @Lonesome Dove @Earp

gun long gone, sadey disappeared, indra run off.
it hurt more than colt briggs was willing to show, but he was high and goddamn tired of it. yet he knew he had only himself to blame. takin upon space here had cost him their respect, and all because he hadn't wanted to run iseul off.
balefully he spat into the water and stalked along the edge, then bellowed out to anyone listening.
moving on. come or don't.
and with that, briggs continued his saunter, intending to spend only a handful hours more raiding caches before he set off for another land.
fuck em. was time to find somewhere a man could hole up for a winter.
At four months old, Earp didn't know much. He knew that he belonged to the small gods. He knew that Lonesome Dove was not his mother, and that his real mother, wherever she was, must have loved him. Because he knew that Lonesome Dove didn't. She hated him, and he thought that maybe he hated her too.

So when the ugly man made his call, Earp decided of his own accord that he would follow. He didn't check with Lonesome Dove. He didn't grab her stuff. He just got up and started walking, joining the ugly man with only a dull look of acknowledgement. Maybe it would suck, traveling with him, but it couldn't be any worse than being stuck with Lonesome Dove, right?

He didn't know whether he hoped she would follow or stay behind.
The sodding boy had made it there first.

Lonesome aimed a glower his way, knowing only that he was lucky she hadn’t smothered him, and moved to the man himself. Her tail bannered up, her eyes flicking over him.

Alright? She’d ask in an oddly soft aside, at least for the normally grouchy healer. Sadey was gone, the gang dwindled to only herself and Colt, and the island they were on wasn’t the greatest home.

The small gods hissed in her ears, but she was getting adept at ignoring them.
He shouldn't be here.
He should have minded his own business, fucked right off when he fully had the chance to. And yet, he finds himself curious.
The strained holler from the treeline draws the mountaineer closer. Colt. He was abandoning these lands so quickly? Really?
His lips part in a chuff. He keeps his distance, for now — watching as the rangy figure of the westerner comes into view, two others he'd never seen before coming up behind him. A child, and then a lady who looked just about two inches from death's door. Boone winces.
Maybe he'll wait here, just for a bit. See what that other li'l boy decides to do. He wasn't about to abandon him now.

He had heard the howl; it wasn't a hard one to miss. So Colt was leaving, huh. Matteo wouldn't say he was happy, nor would he say he was angry either. No, what he was feeling was a bubbling brew of muddled ingredients that, when summed up, broadly translated to a bitter screw you

It was a tricky path to navigate, to watch the man who had turned his family's home upside down decide to fuck off into the sunset without any attempt to pick up the pieces. And yet, subconsciously, he knew that going after him would be fruitless.

No, he would do what he had been afraid of most since the Isle had fallen. His eyes met the lumbering figure of Boone; a swell of sadness settled as a lump in his throat. Turning his back to the howls and distant voices, the raven boy vanished into the undergrowth in search of Iseul.
"headin' south." he eyed the boy, sniffed, rolled red eyes toward boone. there was no one else. iseul did not show her face, and colt was left with the distinct impression that he had wronged her in some way. he didn't owe the kids anything.
still, colt didn't like it. he turned back to lonesome, rolling his shoulders. "yew comin'? or stayin'?" might be a better place for her and the kid, the isle, but he doubted she'd stay.
