Lemmikki missed mother and father, and wondered for the first time if she should pursue them. But the young flower was a little frightened to do just that. She was certain her mother and father would come back for her, whenever they could.

Few knew her, though this was her own doing. Lemmikki did nothing to help herself out in this area, even today. There were plenty of other children, but Lemmikki did not want to talk to them—being among them was enough.

What she did contribute, if it could be called contributing, was dragging plantlife into the territories caches. In the Winter it likely did very little, and the plants might not be helpful at all. But she felt like she could recall her father being among the plants… and today, that made her feel closer to him.

With her teeth around some manner of herb, Lemmikki made her way to a cache that morning.
Heya! I've got you re-added to the ranks. Sorry if I missed a request! In the future, please tag me or send a PM to one of the leaders if you want to switch from NPC back to active writing and we'll get you sorted out :)

It had not escaped Skáld's notice that the wallflower of the children had begun to stash plants away. He'd found the curious caches here and there, but largely let them be. He knew that her parents had knowledge of such things- he had learned what he could of herbs from Inkeri in particular- and was glad to see that the young girl had begun to develop the trade on her own.

He had not had the time to invest in learning about medicines, not as much as he would have liked. He knew some simple treatments for ailments, but his interest in such things had dropped considerably when Gunnar had passed away. Stepping up into leadership shortly thereafter had given him new responsibilities, and he had done what he could to help raise the children of the pack left without parents.

He sought out the shy child, smiling softly when he saw her carrying another plant- no doubt with the intention of stashing it away too. "Can I help, Lemmikki?" He asked as he approached.
The now leader of the pack approached. Her tail beat against her hocks shyly and submissively as she lowered her head in greeting. Lemmikki was, thus far, a timid girl. But Skáld was one of those that had taken care of her, and so she sometimes was a little less reserved toward them. They had warm eyes in a (temperately) cold place, and Lemmikki found herself smiling at him.

She placed the herb on the floor and inelegantly spat out whatever she could not remove of it that lingered on her tongue. And then she gestured at the plant on the floor, asking in a voice so soft it would be easy for a mere breeze to overtake it, what is this one? Do you know?
