The woman needed to move, travel, do something. She was feeling more restlessness lately and she was sure of what it was and her body yearned for babies. She was her best self when taking care of young ones and she was determined to get what she wanted within reason of course. The dark woman though in her age, her bones began to ache so she thought maybe a trip to the hot springs would help.

@Haizel
A wolf that could honestly pass for a small, wolfish deer stood deep in thought. A flower rested on the tip of his muzzle and others littered his pelt. Pinks, whites, and pale yellows complimented his brown fur.

What was he doing, par se?

Trying to sniff and tell how long it had been since the flower had been watered.

Obviously.
The dark woman was right and the hot springs did just the trick, she hadn’t gone in them cause it would have made her worse. Just laying next to them feeling the warmth of the steam on her body was enough. As she got up she noticed a wolf doing what she wasn’t sure so she decide to go up and ask. She gave a low chuff as to not alarm the wolf.
His ear flicked backward, and then the rest of his head followed.

Pale yellow eyes that matched the doelike man turned to find a new friend! Oh, joy! A feathery tail wagged behind him as he closed the gap between them.

Hi! I'm Haizel! Do you like flowers?

The normal spiel, of course, but still! He had to know!
Well the man was friendly so the woman relaxed just a bit but not too much. In her experience you could never be more careful. “I can appreciate the beauty in them.”

Some smelt nice and could be used for medical reasons so the woman did to a certain point. “Nice to meet you I am moonshadow.” She introduced herself.
Lucky for her, Haizel was the least problematic man one could hope to encounter. He tilted his head at her name, pondering it for precisely three-hundredths of a second after she finished saying it. Hiya, Moonshadow! a big grin laced his face.

She smelled like honeysuckle, but he knew better than to say anything.

Whatcha doin' around here?
He was a quick one for sure and she returned his smile with one of her own as well as a tail wag that was slow and steady . “I was enjoying the hot springs. The warmth is good for aching bones.” She didn’t want to admit she was old now but not too old. It was useful knowledge that the healer was more than happy with sharing. “And you? Just enjoying the flowers?”
Yeah! The warmth is also good for keeping the flowers all cozy - even in winter! he chuckled. Well, I enjoy them a lot, but I was trying to tell when they were last watered. The hot springs create this lil coating of water on them the closer they are, and they get watered from that. See how they're all so full and pretty?

He looked so happy with himself to share his knowledge.
“That’s interesting I didn’t know that.”She had been around a while but everyday she seemed to learn something new and the woman wasn’t opposed to it at all. The man seemed sweet and she listened as he spoke about the flowers. “So where are you from?”
He knew that one!

There's a palace not far from here, to the south. It's in a land of red sand and it's called Akashingo. That's where I live, and it's where all my flowers are! And all my friends! he chuckled.

But for once, he sort of knew what women who smelled like honeysuckle and sugar wanted when they approached. He wouldn't let that stop him, though!

It's a nice place.
He spoke of his pack and he was very fond of it and she made a mental note of where he said it was at.the dark woman hadn’t been in a pack for so long she almost forgot what it was like. “It sounds like a lovely place.” Although she was more accustomed to the dark forest but beautiful scenery is always a nice thing to have. “What is your role there?” She was curious.
It's really hot in the summer, but right now, it's pretty alright. 'Specially since I've got a lotta fur! the giant chuckled happily.

She asked about his role there. Haizel was happy to explain.

I'm their gardener! I go out and I find pretty flowers, and I grow them in my room until they're strong enough to go in the palace! The pharaoh loves flowers even more than I do! And... to be frank, I'm a terrible hunter - I can, I just - the bunnies are so cute- so they feed me and keep me safe in return for my petals! I also kinda... get dreams from a snake goddess? That happens now, I guess. he said with a nervous smile.

She never did tell him what She wanted.

But hey! You smell like honey-suckles, so I'm really sure Toula'll love you! If you wanna go, that is.

He caught himself - I-if you've... noplace to go, I mean.
The woman didn’t know how she would feel about the heat. Blackfeather had been cool and shaded by the forest and she enjoyed the dark of it all, however if she came out with pups like she’d planned they would need a home to be safe. She pondered on the thought for a minute but was distracted when he spoke about the dreams and a serpent. “Snake goddess?” She questioned. She had heard of wolves and their religions but never got into them much herself. He mentioned her smell and another female and normally they’d avoid each other when in heat. “I’m sure she would but not in my current state.”
I don't know what She wants from me - apparently, we never do, he chuckled, laughing it off as if it weren't weighing on his flower-sniffing soul for weeks now. But I'll figure it out!

For her second statement, he sat - ... I'm not... ignorant. I mean, my nose doesn't work half the time, and I end up getting lost a lot, but... there's a reason you're still... here, isn't there?
She didn’t mean to offend the wolf and it seemed now they were getting straight to the point. “I’m reaching in age and I want babies.”  She said softly with the longing for them lacing her voice. She didn’t want to sugar coat it and was blunt. She felt it was her calling, that was the one thing she excelled at other than battle.
He kinda thought it! But it was nice hearing her say it.

Y'know, I can't remember my family - but I... wanna be a dad. It's been on my mind, but no one in the palace is... interested. I'm not getting any younger, either. It's like - I could have a new one, ya know?
She couldn’t guarantee that she could give him a pup but she was more than willing to try if he was.  “I can’t promise anything but I’m willing to try?” She offered but didn’t want to jump to conclusions maybe she wasn’t his type. But she didn’t know males to be too picky especially when all they wanted was pup or a quick smash.
Even if it doesn't work - we can still be friends, right? he couldn't help but smile. I'd love a new friend just as much.

He'd never had pups before, to his knowledge, so he didn't know if he could, either.

We can give it a shot? a happy little head tilt.
She offered the man a small smile of reassurance and a quick nod. “Of course we can.” She thought he was adorable and surely this would not be the only encounter she would have with him especially if it did resulted in pups. “Let’s do it.” And with that they were underway
