There was so much to consider but one the was clear to the she wolf and that was that she wanted babies. Now where they would be born was going to be the question she could tell her heat was nearing its end and she felt rushed. They needed to come to a consensus soon before it was too late. She had told tuft to meet her by the borders to go over all their options that they had.

An onslaught of thoughts and emotions seemed to rush into Tuft's head at the moment. Now it seemed more important than ever to get his act together and make some tough choices. How could he leave this pack? Although he had only been there for a couple of weeks, he had grown fond of the wolves that he had met there in Hearthwood.
Minnow had told him that they should meet over at the border of the territory to discuss more about this. He saw her then, elegant as ever, staring off into the distance.
"Hey," Tuft said. "Reverie didn't make this an easy choice did she?" A look of concern swept on his face thinking about how she was dealing with the current situation.
"How are you feeling?"
The woman was emotionally and mentally tired from all of this and laid down and looked up at him. “Hi…” she said softly. She listened on to what he said and she shrugged. “I’m scared cause of everything that happened to me here I don’t feel safe.” The poor girl just wanted to cry and run to her brother at this point. It was all confusing and pressuring and she wanted his guidance. She let out a soft whimper of distress. “I want to be around my family but I don’t want to pull you from yours.”
Seeing that Minnow was depressed, Tuft went over to her and snuggled, letting her cry on his shoulder. He knew what had to be done for her now. "Minnow, you are my family now. As long as I'm with you, I'll be one happy pup! I would never want you to feel unsafe, okay? This should be a decision that we can both agree on. Where do you think we should have our family?" He said, also welling up with tears.
His heart swelled with more love for her than ever before. It was going to be tough to say goodbye, but if Minnow felt like Hearthwood was going to to do more harm than good, Hearthwood was something that he was willing to sacrifice. It wasn't like this place was going anywhere, and he was sure that he would be welcome back.
Maybe it was the hormones or just the fact that she was a very emotional wolf; the tears she’d been holding back finally fell down her face as she felt him come close to her she buried her face on the fur of his neck. Once she was done she looked to him. “I would hope moonglow but if they have no room I believe I have family in Morningsong.” She wasn’t sure.
Giving Minnow a gentle lick on the cheek, Tuft said "I'm sorry, I never even thought about the trauma you must experience while you've been here. I would love to be with the Moonglow pack, but do you think that they will accept me or our children?". He wondered if his most recent experience with Kukutux and yelling at Reverie would have effected his chance of acceptance.
She nodded. “I’m sure she’s a forgiving wolf. But I won’t be sure if there is room by the time I am ready to birth them. If not we must make a back up plan.” She didn’t want to think of such things but she had to. “We have plenty options, maybe we just may have to start a new in a pack close to my brother.” But before they thought of all that the deed must be done and the woman felt as impatient as ever to get the ball rolling especially after everything they had to do to get to this point. She had to make all of it worth it, it can’t have been for nothing.
"Sounds like a plan!" Tuft said, with a lazy wag of his tail. He could smell her heat even stronger now, filling his mind with thoughts of love and lust. "I can smell that your still in heat. I know that this has all been quite fast, so I would understand if you want to stop now. This will be the last chance to change your mind about being my mate and starting a family. I will say that I love you, and will serve you till the day that I die." He said.
This was going to be his first time mating with another wolf, so he didn't know exactly what to do. He waited to see if Minnow would be ready, patiently holding back for her to present herself.
She smiled at him softly. She knew everything was going to be okay she just was an overthinking and it got the best of her at times.
“Awesome.” When he spoke it did remind her of what her body so desperately craved and now with the approval of both leaders she wanted to. She stood up and gave him a gentle lick in the face as she brushed up against him. She didn’t know what she was doing either but she was sure instinct would kick in.

His heart started pounding, faster and faster. He was ready to be a dad! He felt an electric rush reverberate through his body as she brushed past him. He let his instincts take the forefront of his mind, letting go of any outside struggles.

Once they had finished the woman was tired and laid down looking up at her mate signaling him to lay beside her. Now all she wanted to do was snuggle, all the worries that were in her mind gone. She let out a small sigh, all she saw now was her little family blossoming and she was excited for was to come of it.
