In one of those moments between Stingray rising from sleep and heading out for patrol, he had seen a familiar round face with sandy eyespots in the Taigh. He shot her a smile on his way out and made a mental note to track her down later.

He made a tight circle around the Taigh today, fueled by his own impatience to reunite with his sister. He concentrated his time along the northern border where threats might truly exist, then cut a quick clip past Seal's Nook. He lingered at Fish's Loch for a moment, a ritual behaviour for him these days, before heading back to the collective sleeping chambers.

Stingray poked his head in, ascertaining that @Seal was no longer present. He paused to nuzzle his mother's cheek and give his visiting grandmother a smile, then ducked back out. When he was far enough from the Taigh not to cause a disturbance, Ray hollered for his sister to come and say hi to her big bro.
