Kesuk was curled up next to Koda, her senses groggy with sleep. She lifted her chocolate head off her paws and looked up at Koda. She took a moment to just look at him. How his yellow eyes sparkled, the way his ears faded into a reddish color, the softness of his grey fur when it was pressed against her own dark brown fur. She reached up and gave him a soft kiss on the cheek, her tongue running across his velvety fur.

"Hey Koda? I need to tell you something." Kesuk began, her expression turning sad and regretful at the memory of the night she had left, the way she had snapped at him. It wasn't his fault and the way she must have made him feel made tears well up in her eyes. How could she do such a thing to someone she loved so much? She had to make it up to him. She just hoped he would forgive her.

Koda was sitting near Kesuk, keeping watch over the girl as she dozed by his side. He had just woken from a nap himself, feeling refreshed and full of energy. He hadn't been jarred awake even once as he slumbered next to his love. It had been a long time since he'd been able to sleep so peacefully.

He glanced down at the still sleeping form of Kesuk, smiling a little at the cute way she had her head rested on her paws. He hoped she would wake up soon, they had a lot of catching up to do.

Moments later, she stirred and lifted her head to look at him. He stared back, a smile on his lips and his yellow eyes glowing with happiness. "Did you sleep well, beautiful," said Koda, as Kesuk licked his cheek. He returned the affection with a lick on her velvet muzzle.

As he pulled back, she spoke to him, and he noticed the sad look on her face. His heart lurched. "What's the matter?" Koda asked, his brow knitted in concern. "Bad dream?"

Koda's eyebrows knitted together with worry and that just made Kesuk feel even worse, her mind still groggy from sleep. The tears welled up in her crystal blue eyes and she buried her face in his chest.

"I'm so sorry!" She sobbed, her tears dampening his fur. "W-when I left, those things I said to you, I didn't mean them and I'm so, so, so sorry I said them!" she stuttered between breaths. No one deserved to be treated like that, especially not her love.

She lifted her head from his chest and met his worried eyes with her own glossy, tear covered ones. "Do you think you can forgive me?" she pleaded, ears perked hopefully.

Koda was quite taken aback by Kesuk's sudden outburst of emotion. He put a paw around her, pulling her in close, and just let her express herself. Through her sobs, she apologized for the things she'd said the night she'd left, and asked Koda for forgiveness. He pulled back a bit, his expression darkening as he recalled Kesuk's parting jab. He'd been so happy to have her back, he'd forgotten all about it.

It didn't matter to him anymore, the only thing that mattered was sitting right in front of him. He pulled the girl back in close. "I was never angry with you, so there's nothing to forgive," he told her. Koda knew he hadn't exactly handled the situation with grace either. Goodbyes were messy. "Let's just leave that night far behind us, ok? And focus on what we have now."

Kesuk was surprised when Koda said he had never been mad at her. She was sure that saying something like that would cause him to be angry, but she was wrong. Could he get any more perfect? Kesuk's tears dried from her blue eyes as she looked up at him in disbelief. She was more than willing to forget all about it, but if Koda wanted to talk about it, she would do that too.

"Really?" She squeaked, her voice high with uncertainty. "I mean if you want to talk about it, we can." she assured him, looking into his glowing yellow eyes with love and understanding. She wanted there to be no unresolved anger between them, for their love to be unblemished. Removing her crystal blue gaze from, she laid her small brown paw on his larger grey one and made a little trail of kisses from his chest to his muzzle, enjoying being wrapped up in his warmth and his scent.

"Really," Koda assured Kesuk. He wasn't the type that held grudges over stuff. He certainly wasn't about to start now, and let the past interfere with their future. "I promise, if I ever need to talk about anything, I'll be totally honest with you," he added, hoping to put her worry to rest.

He squirmed as Kesuk kissed a sensitive spot on his neck. "That tickles," he said with a laugh.

Kesuk was relieved that he said he didn't really want to talk about it. She didn't either. Koda squirmed and laughed when she kissed a spot on his neck and she smiled into his fur.

"Oh really?" she teased, kissing the spot again and lightly blowing on it. It looked like she had just found his spot, and she would use it to her advantage when ever she got the chance. She smirked as she continued her onslaught of kisses and wisps of air.

Koda immediately regretted letting Kesuk find his weakness. He keeled over in a fit of laughter, trying to push his attacker away with his paws. "No! No, have mercy!" He begged. But she did not relent. He was soon in tears from laughing too hard.

He managed to squirm away and jump to his feet. He tackled his tormentor, intending to pin her underneath his paws. "It's payback time!" He declared with a mischievous grin.

Kesuk grinned and faked a whimper of terror at Koda's attack. She rolled onto her back, exposing her soft brown belly fur.

"Please sir, you wouldn't hurt a poor, innocent girl would you?" she fawned, batting her big blue eyes. Maybe tickling him until tears glittered in his eyes wasn't such a good idea, Kesuk thought with a grin. Then again, it was fun while it lasted, so why not? She pinned her dark ears back and thumped her tail on the ground behind her innocently.

Koda barked a laugh at Kesuk's antics. "You? Innocent? Puh-lease," he said, rolling his eyes.

Having Kesuk on her back underneath him, the young man's mind was suddenly flooded with naughty thoughts, which he tried desperately to force back. The physical contact definitely wasn't making it easy, but he wouldn't allow himself to be one of those creeps who tried to pressure girls into doing stuff they didn't want to do. Koda backed off a bit, just to make sure he behaved himself.

Of course, if she made any indication that she wanted him back, he'd be all over her in a heartbeat.

Koda backed up from her when he realized their position, a look of clear restraint on his pained face. Kesuk smirked at him. He hadn't been the only one having naughty thoughts. And by the look on his face she could tell how much he wanted them to come true.

Kesuk wrapped a paw around his ankle, urging him to come back. Her body had sparked with electricity at his touch and she wanted it back.

"You don't look too innocent yourself." she leaned up ever so slightly to whisper seductively in his ear.

Kesuk didn't leave him wondering for long. She hooked her paw around his leg, reeling him back in. Koda didn't fight it, he let himself become ensnared in her embrace. When he looked into her eyes, her intentions were clear. She wanted him, just as much as he wanted her. Koda was a bit surprised at himself. He'd always thought he'd be a nervous wreck when the time came. But he was so intent on having her, that he didn't have room to feel nervous.

When she leaned up to whisper in his ear her intoxicating scent filled his nostrils. His heart started beating faster, pumping the blood to another part of his body. "Am I bad for wanting this?" He breathed softly. He did not wait for Kesuk to answer, for he buried his muzzle in her ruff, caressing her lovely neck with a passionate kiss.

Koda buried his face in her scruff, his warm breath caressing her neck gently. His touch sent waves of heat through her body, causing her neither region to heat up with excitement. She was so focused on his touch that she could barely answer his question.

"No, I want it too." she said breathlessly, letting out a gasp when his muzzle hit her sweet spot. She wrapped her front paws around Koda's neck, pulling him down on top of her. Kesuk had never done anything like this and she was a bit nervous, but the pleasure of his touch soon overrode the instinct to be scared and instead filled her with want. She licked the corner of his strong jaw as he nuzzled her neck with a heated purpose.

He'd never been with a woman before, but Kesuk's body language told him that he was doing everything right, so far. Koda had overheard older members of his pack bragging about their experiences, and had taken quite a few mental notes. There was one thing in particular he'd always wanted to try.

He untangled himself from Kesuk's limbs and began to move slowly down, leaving a trail of little kisses as he worked his way toward her stomach. Her body was so incredibly perfect, and he wanted to explore every inch. He paused just before reaching the area between her hind legs, his yellow eyes, filled with wanting, appreciating her body. "You are so beautiful," he said softly, as he flicked his tongue across her opening, teasing her.

His small kisses alone were enough to make Kesuk gasp in pleasure, but when he came to her slit, flicking his tongue across it, she screamed in ecstasy. His teasing move made her wiggle with want and she grinned up at him with a evil glint in her icy eyes. Kesuk got to her trembling legs and stepped over to Koda. She moved with confidence and pinned him to the ground with her chocolate paws.

Leaning down she whispered in his ear, "Your turn."

She smirked as she licked over his jaw and neck making her way to his chest. From their she laid small kisses along his fur to the space between his legs which was clearly aroused. The temptress kissed and nipped lightly all around the area except for where he would want it most, teasing him immensely.

As his lover's body writhed in pleasure, Koda felt his confidence and his manhood continue to grow. Everything about her, her little noises, her scent, the way her body moved, was turning him on. Her reaction to his tongue touching her privates made him stop and look up at her. He immediately noticed the hungry gleam in her eyes. "Oh, you like that," he said, with a proud grin.

He blinked, and he was on his back looking up at his lover. The male stayed down and let her take control of the situation, eager to see what she had in store. He let a soft moan escape him as she planted little kisses along his body, working her way ever closer to his loins. He watched with anticipation as she put her head between his legs. Would she do it?

Her warm tongue licked up and down the area, sending electricity through Koda's body with each caress. With a paw, he tried to direct Kesuk's muzzle to his shaft, which ached to feel her touch. He groaned loudly as she continued to tease him. If she kept it up, he would explode before he got a chance to please her back.

When he could take the teasing no more, he got to his feet and circled around to Kesuk's hind end. With his trembling muzzle, he pushed her feathery tail out of the way. He had to have her, now.

Kesuk let out a fulfilled sigh as she leaned back against Koda, her breath coming out in short breaths. Her heart was pounding faster then ever had before, feeling like it was about to burst right out of her chest. She was so glad her first time had been with Koda, someone she loved and wanted to spend her life with. It seemed like just yesterday she was trying to catch those odd creatures called 'fish' when she met him. Her rapid breaths slowed as she looked up at her lover. At that moment, she knew she wanted to spend the rest of her life with him.

"That was the most amazing thing I have ever felt." she sighed in content and closed her eyes and snuggled back up to his soft fur.

"I love you, so much." she murmured, all her energy suddenly gone. That kind of thing took a lot more work then she had expected.

His urges satisfied, Koda sank to the ground, and Kesuk along with him. He leaned forward a bit on his partner for support. He was out of energy, out of breath, and a little sore in the hips, but in a good way. It was the best he'd ever felt in his life. "That was even better than I had imagined," Koda said, echoing his partner's satisfaction. The stories he'd heard, and his resulting fantasies, didn't even come close to doing the actual experience any justice.

"And I love you," he returned softly, pulling his love into an embrace. He rested his head atop hers and just held her for a moment, then gently pulled away. Koda met her gaze, his expression becoming more serious. There was something he'd been meaning to discuss with the girl, and right now was the perfect moment.

"Kesuk, I've been thinking," he began. Indeed, Koda had been thinking a lot about a future with Kesuk, his first and only love. He wanted this to be but the first of many romantic encounters. He was young, and some might say too young to know what he was getting himself into, but he really felt as though he could spend the rest of his life with this dark furred beauty. He'd lost her once, and now that she was back, he'd never let her go again.

He continued, "I know this might seem kinda sudden, but I feel right about it, and I'm pretty sure you feel the same way." Arg. He was blabbering. It had sounded so good in his head. Koda wasn't usually good at this sort of thing, but the fact that it was something so important to him made it that much more nerve-wracking.

He decided to just get it over with. "Kesuk, would you be mine forever?" He blurted out. He searched her icy eyes, as if he hoped to find the answer within them. "Will you be my mate?"

Kesuk lifted her muzzle to look into his yellow eyes, her own blue ones showing surprise in their icy depths. A huge grin spread across her face as she realized what his offer was. The feeling that filled her was even better then what she felt only moments earlier. Of course she would be his mate! She couldn't imagine her life without him and she had only been fantasizing about the day he would ask her. And now it was here and she had no words to describe how happy she was.

She leapt to her paws, suddenly filled with a feeling of energy and being completed in a way she never could have imagined. Kesuk kissed Koda with such happiness she thought she might explode.

"Of course! Of course I want to be yours forever! she exclaimed and kissed him again.

Koda's tail began to swish behind him as Kesuk's face lit up with a joyful smile. He knew what her answer would be, before she even spoke the words. Koda barked happy laughter as his mate kissed him, and he returned the affection with equal enthusiasm. His heart was overflowing with such joy, he would soon be drowning in it.

Koda threw back his head and poured his happiness into a long howl. He wanted the whole territory to know: she said yes!

Kesuk joined in to Koda's joyful, their melodic voices filling the air with happiness. She had never felt a felling of such joy and content in her whole life and she wanted to grab it and hold it forever. Being with Koda was like finally waking up from a murky dream and seeing the world in vivid colors. Feeling all the emotions a million times stronger. Being with him made her stronger too, and she never wanted to let him go. Their life together was just beginning and she could barely wait for all the exciting things that would happen.
