All welcome but maybe @Ashton if he has time to say hello to blue if not it's cool :)

Blue Willow groaned with every single step. She was twice her original size, her teats were overflowing with milk and they ached. They ached pretty darn bad, she used warm compresses, she imagined soon enough she would start to leak. She had just a couple weeks to go and it was coming fast. Her body was even starting to get ready for labor as every couple hours she had cramps that went up one side and down the other in her body.

She tried to hide the majority of her discomfort from most, she did not wish to alarm anyone. She also felt firm in the belief that her body would let her know when it was time and then she was certain she would let everyone else know. She briefly wondered how @Peregrine was getting along, because she missed him. And she wished for some of his humor to help her deal with some of the pain. It was not atrocious yet, but it would be and she would need all the humor she could get.
◆Of course he has time to say hello! And Im diggin this creative title. Nice going. W_^V <3 ◆

Ashton had the bowl in his jaws, clutched as gingerly as a newborn bird. He knew how easy it would be to snap the little wooden thing he had workd so hard on, but he also knew how important it was to keep the tool. It was essential to have his medicines in.

He took the short way to the springs he had only had no time to be truckin up to of visiting, for he had been crashed with dutied with the Dera, and knowing his Alphess was in the efforts of makin' da babies, he had to make sure he was stocked with everything for the future flamin darkie fireballs of freedom and justice.

The Doctor kept a light pace through the melting snow and up the cobble stone that surrounded the tiki lands. And pretty soon, he had arrived. But, funny thing, there was another one here.
Sweet.

"may mer mertifur"

The dude realized he had a bowl in his mouth, and as comical as it looked, he spit it out sideways, while trying to not stare rudely at the pregnate gal before him. A dark beauty, one who obviously was graceful, even on swollen paws.

"Sorry, bout that, toots. I said 'Hey there, beautiful.' Didn't mean ta sound like an incoherent gerbil."

Ash barked a little of the laugh he held in, then gazed at her with innocent emeralds.

"Names Ashton. Or just Ash, whichever ya like the most. Im Doctor of the Dera, not too far from here. Pleased to meet ya."
<3 Thanks :)

Blue raised laughter filled green eyes to look at the youth in front of her. A smile of mirth beat around her mouth at the comical pose he struck. She chuckled softly as he spit the bowl from his mouth to speak with her. She watched him knowingly avoid her widened sides. She was rather large, more fat than she had ever been before.

I don't know about beautiful, large perhaps even swollen. She jested quietly, though she was in pain and she was tired, she was also unearthly happy and it showed. I know where the Caldera is thank you though. I am Blue Willow beta and healer of the plateau. What brings you this far from home Ashton?

She shifted and got to her paws, she had been laying about. Sprawled taking up three times the space she needed, but well it just felt better to just sprawl all out and let it all hang out. She tilted her head and waited quietly. How is Peregrine? She did not ask of Fox, didn't really want to know of her she imagined though she would be having or getting ready to have babies, that is why they left after all.
Slow down the choo choo train of woah nelly, and flip it sideways. This was Blue Willow! The gal his Alpha was close to. And she was with child.
Damn, was everyone deciding to make da babehs so soon and all at once?
Dude, focus, she just asked you a question.
Right, right.

"That's gnarley, Blue. Turns out I heard of ya before. And also turned out I was supposed at have a good ol sit down witcha. Not a neg one, just a friendly dude and Dudette convo about herb, varieties, and all the healin niceties. I find it quite a rad thing that ya just so happen to be here."

Crash the ramblin, cat. Ya yowlin too much.
I am, ain't i?
Yea.
Okay, okay.

The blonde teen smiled softly at the hellion, and answered her Q's.

"Came here ta get a bowl of that bubblin water. I got a girl back at the shack who's gonna need some sorta warmth in her. She fell in the lake not too far from home, and I wanna nip that fever in the bud before it blooms, ya know?"

Ashton listened to her second question, his golden auds trained on her words.

"Ya see, he might be a chip off for now, cause his ol' lady's blossomin. I got a feelin he's gonna be a bit off till the water smooths, but till then, leaving em to their own clouds. I'm not worryin though. Seen it happen to every pair of Up's, and it's perfectly natural. Just waitin for the moment they call me up and ask me to watch after the little bundle of munchkins while they go do stuff. Can't wait ta babysit."

Ashton laughed at the idea of the two mixing and matching genes, and what the pairs pups could pop out to be.
Only made him laugh more.

"How about you, missy? Seems to me ya got yourself in a cue ta go crib shoppin too, eh?"
Blue listened to him, his words were a little confusing, but fun. They made her giggle a lot, he was sweet. A little out there, but sweet all the same. You have heard of me? Good things I hope, I don't know last time I spoke with Perry he was pretty upset with me.

She listened calmly as he spoke, and tilted her head. She listened and with rapt attention she focused her green gems on his face. You didn't warm up her legs and paws first I hope? You can force that cold blood right back into her heart. And it would be good to get her some prey that is freshly dead and still warm, it will help with the chill.

Blue chuckled at his next words I'm a caretaker too. Caretaker, healer and Chronicler. She shook her head laughing gently. He certainly had a way with words that was for certain. She looked down at her own voluptuous sides and nodded her head Yes Lasher and I are having our pups in just a couple of weeks. I'm on the home stretch now.
"Nah, doll. I had to get her up and walkin' first. Funny thing, she tried to hitch a ride, and flopped her sopping wet self right on over my own backboard. She's a trip, i swear, but i care for her, all the same. She was a bit forgetful, but just temporary memory loss. I had her warm up, threw a hoard of pelts over her in my infirmary, and i snagged her a few buns. I gave a dose of vitamin C mixture too, cause of a lower immune system she contracted. As of right now, she's chillin like a villian in my basement. Woke up without a problem."

Willow had mentioned her besties words werent too pozz last time she had seen him, and last time he had talked to the dark dude, he had only heard pozz about her.
So he told her so.

"He spoke nothin but good about ya, Blue. if anything, he's the one who churned me into meeting ya one day. I looked forward to it, since. He wasn't too peach bout this Dante of yall's though, keepin him from his bae, and his kid. The Hawk's got a will of steel though, and seems to be handlin it like a lion."

An affirmative nod shook the golden locks of fur atop his handsome little head, and he grinned at the soon to be mum.

"Lash? Ya mean Taltos? Oh, the Wilds just got hella smaller, darlin. I met him not too long ago, too. Looks like we're alot closer than expected, eh? The dude helped me catch some minnows. I was tryin to figure out how to snag em, and he helped me out. Told him i needed em for the omegas they had in their livers, just incase any other Hawks got a deficiency. He's a smart cat, that one. Im happy for the duo of you two. And i wish Mother Nature give you an easy ship to sail on with the poppin of your little ones, Blue."

She spoke of her trades she was knackin, and Ash wagged his golden banner in the similarities.

"I was grapplin for Caretaker too, along with Healer, of course. I have no idea what sorta one i would nab for 3rd though. I suck major shrooms at tryin for Warden and Warrior. Im not all that built for war and 'tough guy' stuff. Flamin Foxie Babe made that apparent to me with a couple of gals i dropped at the Dera's doorstep. No hard feelins at her way, though, because she was teachin me a lesson at the same time. Not every Damsel in Distress can be made a Hawk. "

Don't steal what is mine.
That voice..there it goes again. That cold voice. Who the hell was that?
Death.

The echo of that name sent a shiver through his body, and froze him in his tracks. Then he shook the mental iissue from his head.
Damn sure not ruinin his meet and greet with Blue. Screw you, Death.
Blue's eyes got wider and wider as he spoke and a grin tickled at the sides of her mouth. He was hilarious with his way of talking, and she wasn't trying to laugh at him, she really wasn't. His words just gave her a big old case of the jollies. It sounds like you did everything I would have done. You are a good healer.

Blue snorted You talked to Perry before I came then I believe. You should ask him about Dante now, because he knows that Dante was only doing what was best for Junior. But that is neither here nor there now, and I refuse to ruin such a good first meeting with negativity.

Blue chuckled and nodded her head Lasher is a good man and he will be a good father. That was all she said about it, it wasn't anyone's business outside of the pack what their arrangement was. Taltos she did not call him that, preferring his given name, because she had known Peregrine had called him that and she wanted him to have that memory.

She frowned in thought. WEll perhaps counselor? or gamekeeper? or even chroncler to tell the stories to the babies. That was what I did before I came here. I was a traveling healer and story teller with my father and mother.
"Looks like our pea's been growin pretty podded then, eh, Blue? I got myself a smile saved for that, later. And a nice little celebration of fruit, when i head back to the shack. See how my ol' cheerleader's doin'."

The golden teen was aware of the face that her grin only widened at his words, and it gave him his ususal aura of happiniess and jovialty boost, warming him up even more to the fae.
Always was a rad thing, makin friends. Especially how you can have a convo with em on meds and stuff without their head twistin in a 360 deg angle, and their eyes goin all confused.
Great thing, fellow Doc friends, were.

"I do hope that squirrel nest gets straightened. I like a many of macho moves, but makin' a war scene ain't one of em', doll. I rather patch the blood up, rather than spill it, ya know?"

Ash could only shake his head at the image of WW16 happining between the two packs, and it made his own stomach churn.
Maybe he oughta make him some soup, too.

"Ya know," his grassy gems brightened at the mention of counselor possibilities.
"Bein' a shrink doesn't sound all that low, lady Willow. Helpin' all the Hawks, any way possible, whether it be emotional, or physical, sounds like a gnarley sign up. I already like makin pretty cats like you smile, just imagine how much treatement I could give by makin' a simple pun down to the to Dera's dudes and dudettes? I can only imagine how much trash they all got in their bins. I don't mind bein' a garbage collector to the fellow Hawks. Free of charge."

Ashton swished his reflectant tail about him, his thoughts swishing along with it. Nothing but positive outcomes could come of it, right?
I think so.
Hell, why not dive bomb for it, bro?
Good question. Focus on it after convo.
It took a few moments for Blue to completely follow what he was saying. She laughed again at his merry way of talking. It was a strange way of talking and she loved it truthfully it made her laugh. Fruit is always good, my personal favorite is Raspberries. She did not make it a habit to eat fruit but occasionally.

Blue nodded i think it did though at the expense of Perry's happiness where his daughter is concerned. But we have averted the crisis so to speak. There is no war to be happening or fight if I have anything to do with it. She too hated the thought of skirmishes and fights between some of those she loved and those she had loved and still did if she was being honest with herself.

Blue nodded I had warred with myself for that, but my storytelling won out. I will have to tell you one some time. As for the hawks as you so elegant put it. I am sure they have a lot of burdens in their minds especially given our two packs and tension.
◆last post from me. This was a beautiful thread, and by looks of it, we got more chatting in the future, to do. Can't let this nice little friendship die down, now can we? ◆

Ashton smiled at her favorite fruit, not because it too, was delectable to him, but because she had the chutz to eat it despite the death like thorns attached to the soft red scrumdidiliumptious treat.

"Ya got rounds, babe. I don't think I got the whole 'picking thorns' part out. I've had me before, back in Aspen, and I'll hop on board with you for taste. They were pretty happy for my throat, too. I gotta say my fav's a pomergrant. Got those rad little joes on the inside. High in the V's, and a damn good way to smash a sickness, too."

The hippie listened attentively at her talk on the not-too-jolly-with-eachother packs. It saddened the little dude to know they were at odds, especially how he was a complete opposite of help in such a tussle. Laid back. Chill. Not a fighter. Peace, love, and happiness. Along with another throwback of laid back.

"That's right, Blue, ya put ya paw down, on these folks! Gotta show em the ways of Rollin in the Smooth, Ridin the Waves. Can't have em downin each other, specially over misthinks. I feel like for the moment, Dark Dude and Flamin Foxy are not up to fightin as of now, but once the dust clears, we're gonna clean off those crystals, and see how translucent they are."

Ash wanted to have a sit down with his bromigo Per (assoonashefinidhedshagginghiswifeandgotsenseinhim), and update him on all da stuff that blew him since their last chat.
All da gawsipz.

"Ya know toots, I actually forgot I gotta get back to the Dera, see how my ol' darlin's doin. And speakin of viewin the doin, I don't mind tossin this gift your way. I made plenty of em for it not to be a issue on my stash, but I loved our chat. And as for the doin, imma give ya this bowl. Complementary for soups, poultices, drinks, and every other sipable and transportable crave. "

The Doctor walked over to the tool he spit out like a fool, picked it up gingerly, then placed it before the paws of the sweet Willow. He then stepped back, turning and saying over his shoulder before trotting off,

"Tell Lash Ash spoke a chill greeting his way, and congratz on the both of you two cool cats. Stay rad, beautiful Blue. Nab ya around later!"

Ashton, out.
absolutely not he's so sweet makes my day

Truth be told Blue much preferred the black raspberries to the red ones, but she enjoyed the red ones too. The thorns were murder, but if you knew how to get around them it wasn't so bad and usually the berries were no where near the thorns so.

Blue shook her head I don't know that fruit, but I will take your word for it. Blue smiled at the unexpected but welcome gift. Thank you Ashton, please come and see me again. She enjoyed making friends and if Peregrine was too stubborn to talk to her, well she'd get herself an inside man, make sure her best friend was doing well and maybe if Ashton spoke to Peregrine enough about them. He'd get to missing them and want to visit.

She nodded towards him and watched as he trotted away. She smiled as he went and lifting herself to her swollen paws, and with her hips sashaying in the most exaggerated way thanks to the extra weight going side to side she headed home.
