Now cry the stars when upon the earth

Night time. The moments where shadows began to roam freely. Move past the trees with more security than before. The darkness engulfed them gave them haven from sight. Tonight was especially dark. The cloud of black velvet had covered all the stars and the moon, who tried to hard to shine through them. There was nothing but black. An empty vast hole you couldn't see more than a foot into.

Within the darkness was a being of white. Her silk fur matted up, wet snow and mud clung to bits of her. Tangled within were also small twigs and bits of crunched leaves. She looked a mess. Her body seemed to be on auto pilot, just moving, and moving. One step at a time, the crunch of frozen foliage echoing about the nothingness around her. Shiro felt lost, even more so than before. So many smells, so many others had walked this land before her. Where there still others walking about the darkness? Truly she didn't know how to communicate with another being. Her mind was simply blank.

Her movements did carry her to some light from the darkness the trees had shrouded around her. Little pits of water, all scattered about warm air moving up from them. This was something new, something she had never before witnessed. The air about her seemed to become a wonderful summer, her mood lifting just a little. Slow steps brought her paws to the banks of this mysterious liquid. Out of no where she felt at peace.. This was... It was the best she had felt since she woke up a couple months ago, alone, unknowing, new yet old. The white being laid her body down, forelegs placed into the pool. Eyes closed, and thoughts racing.

Their gaze might rest a nostalgic burst
Feeling up for a bit of adventure, Alusia set off into the into the wilderness in pursuit of finding something that captured her interest. Besides she made the decision of becoming an outrider for the pack, and she had to start somewhere. Feeling the cool sensation of snow against her nose, she searched hungrily about for anything remotely interesting. In the distance was a ghost of pure white. She approached the pale female with tail, ears, and head all held high, however couldn't help but erupt in uncontrollable laughter when she saw the females fur.

"Damn girl, you look horrible" she barked with a friendly tone but kept her ocean orbs that practically glowed in the dark, on the stranger incase she attempted to attack. "Sorry for laughing" Alusia said in an apologetic tone before introducing herself. "I'm Alusia Mond."
Caught in a dream
Shiro enjoyed the warmth the water gave to her ever so sore toes. Not an of her wasn't in pain, and she couldn't even remember last time she had taken a full break and tried to enjoy the world around her. Maybe the fear of attack from one of these many scents kept her moving, but this feeling of total euphoria the springs bestowed upon her body made it hard to even notice the slightest sound around her. Senses completely down Shiro fell into a a somewhat of trance.

Her blank canvas of thoughts made it almost unbearable to relax, yet she focused on the several memories she had which were not to pleasant. How get lost in there thoughts if they have almost nothing to think about? As the darkness of her mind started to slowly chip away at the happy feeling she had found, a booming laugh echoed in her ears. The female jumped to her feet, backing a little into the water, tail between her legs. "I.. I'm sorry.." Eyes looked down to the ground than back at her feet. She was the first wolf she had actually run into within these lands and her loud voice seemed to just be echoing within her ears. Though she slowly relaxed, let her tail fall limply behind her and lifted her head as the woman kept speaking. "Shiro." She responded.. But was that the right way to introduce oneself to another. "I am Shiro." That was a little better right. Her slate eyes looked to the others face. "Where is this?"
I can feel but I can't leave
It was obvious this female was no threat, and from the sounds of it she was also new to the area. Understanding she most likely came off as rude for laughing, she didn't want to leave the female on a bad note.

"Nice to meet you Shiro" She said in a calm voice as she could tell the female was a bit nervous. It was nice to meet another wolfess outside the pack, and besides that she could tell that this female was a loner. She knew what life was like when surviving alone, it was tough, and proved a struggle for Alusia. This female had to be strong to survive alone, and even though she had just met Shiro she felt a certain respect for her.

"I'm not sure what this place is called, still new to these foreign lands myself." She explained kindly to the stranger not wanting to hurt her feeling anymore, after all she had done nothing to her. "Anyways why on earth does your fur look like that?" she asked curiously, clearly noticing the mud, and sticks clinging to the pale females body, hence the reason why she laughed earlier.
