any plot peeps wanna join?
It seemed more often of late that he strayed from his lands, but today he did not intend to go far. His intention was to track the herds from the cliffs beside the Plateau, a vantage that allowed a good view of the lands below. Normally he could traverse through the mountains, but with conditions icy, instead he descended to the flatlands below. A short distance would be gone before he once more ascended to take stock. Hopefully prey would be spotted.
He did not imagine to meet anyone, least of all hostility, but all the same remained vigilant as always. One could never be too careful, for many other creatures shares these lands, and rival wolves were not the only dangers posed. At least there were no packs in the immediate locale to worry about.
