For @Morgana :D

Even though the young assassin had been in the Blackfeather woods for quite some time now, she still hadn't really met that many of her packmates. It was rather sad actually, but considering the dark girl wasn't really too much of a social butterfly, it didn't really bother her too much. She was content as she on her side at the entrance to the tunnel system. She had been laying there for a good ten minutes contemplating exploring them or not. She had been in their depths only once before and even from her short visit she could tell that they were enormous, and that meant that they were probably very easy to get lost in. But still, they seemed mysterious, a perfect place to hide things or maybe even find them.

She hopped up from her relaxed position and padded closer to the entrance, sniffing it carefully. Maybe she would be able to scent her way back, but considering the damp, cold smell wafting from the tunnels, that might be a little difficult. She sat back down at the tunnel entrance and considered her options.
Crescendo, don't even think about it....

Morgana had always had a thirst for adventure. That's what got her wound up on the tunnels. She could tell the tunnles stretched far and wide, perfect for exploring. She had been walking around in them when she picked up the scent of a fae. She traced the scent to find a fae, almost exactly like her, lying at an entrance to the tunnels. She was coal black, like her, with scarred X 's underneath her eyes. Her frame is elegant, and medium in size. Morgan had not met many wolves, besides Crescendo. She wasn't big on socializing, she didn't trust wolves she didn't know. But something about this far seemed curious. Morgana approached the fae with caution, careful not to seem as an attacker. But she held her ground, in case this fae was not to be bothered. Morgana smelt the air. This fae smelt very faintly of Crescendo. I am Morgana, you are? Morgana asked the midnight black fae.[/b]
Kadence turned her head and met the eyes of a wolfess that looked almost identical to herself, the only difference being their age and the scars that marred the young assassins face. She dipped her head respectfully at the new comer who introduced herself as Morgana. Perhaps she would like to explore the tunnels as well?

"Nice to meet you Morgana, I'm Kadence." she said, introducing herself with a light smile before returning her attention to the dark, sloping hole in the ground.

"Have you ever had an interest in seeing what's down there? I've only been once." she asked curiously, turning her eyes back to her look-alike.
Morgana was astounded at the similarites bettween herself and dark female. Did she have an intrest in exploring tunnels? Yes!! But she kept her cool. Yes, I have never been, Morgana said. Giving into temptation, Would you like to join me? , Morgana said, looking Kadence in the eyes. Morgana didn't exacly know what she was doing. She didn't even know this she-wolf!!!
Kadence smiled, taking a liking to Morgana already. This was the first female of the pack she had met other then Meldresi herself and she could tell already that they would be friends. She got to her paws, her tail wagging slightly in excitement.

"Of course! Let's go." now that she had someone with her, she felt much more comfortable going into the caves. She turned and quickly disappeared into the dark entrance, her eye adjusting as she stopped and waited for Morgana to join her.
Morgana was surprised at Kadence's kindness. It had been quite a while since any wolf had acted towards her this way. Morgana barely knew her, but she could tell that this was the start of a great friendship. Morgana caught up with Kadence and followed her throughout the tunnels.

srry for the shortness...
It's okay :)

Once she was sure that Morgana was following her, she started walking further into the tunnels. The stone floor of the caves were cool and soothing under her pads and the air itself possessed a damp, cold feeling that made her skin prickle. Her eyes were adjusting, but it was still near impossible for her to see so she walked forward mostly guided by scent and the mere hope that she wouldn't run face first into a wall. That would be rather embarrassing. After walking in the pitch black shadows for at least a good ten minutes, Kadence could start to see a light up ahead. Thinking it was an entrance back up to the forest she let out a bored groan. It was really that short? But as she got closer and closer to the light, she realized that instead of being the greyish color of the light in the forest, it was more of a mysterious blue.

She perked her ears up and quickened her pace, eager to find out what was up ahead. When she finally reached the end of the tunnel they were in, she let out a gasp. Ahead of here the tunnel opened up into a huge cave that seemed to glow a bright blue. It took her a couple seconds to realize what the walls were covered in. Glow worms.
Morgana looked around in wonder. She had never seen such a thing in all her life. The only light she gad seen was the blazing morning sun and the glowing moon at night. She gave the glowing-thingys a test sniff. They smelt of nothing interesting. And certianly not something yummy. She walked around the end of the tunnel, eyes still fixated on the glowing-thingys. Morgana looked back at Kadence. She had the same look on her face as Morgana did. What are they? , Morgana asked Kadence in wonder.
She looked around in wonder at the glowing creatures, Morgana doing the same and voicing her question. Kadence faintly remembered her old master had mentioned them to her before, saying that they could be used to light places up. Now she understood what he was talking about.

"I think they're glow worms." she said absentmindedly as she lifted a paw and poked at one. It was soft and mushy and she pulled her paw away in disgust. "They're awfully gooey." she warned, shaking her paw to get the glowing slime off it. What if they were poisonous? That thought alone made her refrain from licking the goop off, instead just wiping it onto the cold floor.
What sort of creature is a glow worm? Morgana sliced one open with her long nail. A small pile of goo fell to the ground. Morgana squished her foot into the goo, feeling the stickiness smooth out along the rough pads of her feet. She liked the gooey feeling. She looked over to Kadence, So you know Crescendo? , Morgana asked.
At first the young assassin was surprised at Morgana's question until she realized that she must carry his scent. How wonderful. She glance over to see the other wolfess coating her paw in the odd glowing goop. It sure was odd.

"I supposed you could say that." she replied, turning back to her own glowing worm. "Do you?" she asked curiously, poking her glow worm lightly with one of her front claws.
We met a little while ago. He's quite...interesting...isn't he? , Morgana teased but was careful not to offend the dark sister. The last thing she wanted was for her only ally to be an enemy.
Kadence looked at her nearly twin curiously, wondering what her cryptic comment meant. Did she like Crescendo? Was she jealous of Kadence? The dark teen wondered how anyone would've found out about them so soon, since at the moment she was only using him as a play toy. Maybe he had been spreading rumors about her. The thought made her brow crinkle as she tried to piece the puzzle together.

"Yeah, I suppose he is. Do you know him that well?" she inquired as she continued to observe her squishy little glow worm.
Morgana didn't want Kadence getting the wrong message. Morgana had her eyes set on another male. She merely thought Kadence had hers set on Crescendo. But she wasn't one for spreading rumors or indulging in another's private lives. She was just casually curios. It was her one weakness. No, I suppose I don't, replied Morgana, changing the subject. We haven't explored the rest of the tunnels, would you like to continue? Asked Morgana.
I think this is going to be the last post for me :) Thanks for the fun thread!!

She was almost too concentrated on her new little friend to hear Morgana's suggestion. Kadence hadn't really had time to be a pup when she was younger, so the aspect of playing was something completely new to her. She made a funny face at the glow worm, scrunching up her nose and sticking her tongue out at it. It was so weird that it actually managed to be cute. When she did register her companions words, she felt a little disappointed she had to leave her little buddy. How would she be able to find him again if she came back?

Then an idea struck her. She quickly found a couple little pebbles on the ground and picked them up carefully on her paw. Then she ever so gently stuck them to her little glow worm so she would be able to identify him.

"There." she said quietly, as if to the glowworm himself. When she was satisfied that they wouldn't fall of, she turned to Morgana and recomposed herself. "Alright, I'm ready." she announced, smiling at her new friend and trotting off into the tunnels.
