Calipso wasn't one to complain about the last few days, but she was starving. Where they in a pack, their pack mates would care for them, bring them food. But they were alone, and all Calipso had to eat was the stringy carcass of something she had found close to the den site. Finishing off the small meal, she loped back to @Adimar, and planted another kiss on his muzzle. She stood by his side, their fur merging.

"Adimar, I think we should join a pack once my heat is over. If I became pregnant with your pups..." she smiled widely at that "I don't think that they would survive long with only us to care for them." Her slightly troubled eyes glanced up at his, waiting for his answer
Cleaning his paw after a meal, he watched his little queen finish off her meal and trott over to him. He enjoyed her touch and gave a kiss in return for hers. When she spoke of pups he too smiled, and when she spoke of packs his ears perked up. "I was also thinking about packs, and I completely agree with you" he said happily, looking down at Calipso.

He knew it would be hard to raise pups on their own, and they needed to support of a pack. The only problem was they needed to find a loving, and caring pack in the area, that would allow pups. He understood that some alpha's do not allow pups, but their own, so it could be hard to find an acceptable pack. "Did you have any packs in mind" he asked, wondering if she had discovered any packs on her own.
Calipso smiled sheepishly. "Well, I kind of got into...trouble...with two packs around here. One that was full of creeps in a dark forest, and the other very hostile." She snuggled against him, wanting to never be apart from him again. "I have heard of good packs to the south, however."

Maybe trouble was not the best word to describe what had happened with those packs, but that was history. "Perhaps we could start traveling south in a few days?"
He couldn't help, but smile at the fact that she had got into trouble. Perhaps troublemaker could be another nickname for her? However he loved the idea of them joining a pack, and raising a family together. "Ok, I met a wolf on the boarders of Stavanger Bay, and he seemed nice if you want to go there" he said while nudging Calipso. "We could always keep looking around of course." Adimar wanted to make sure his little queen was happy, and that they found the perfect place to raise their pups, if she became pregnant.
Calipso nodded. "Yes, we should check around before making a decision." She planted a kiss on Adimar's muzzle whining softly. "I love you, Adimar." She could never say it enough times, didn't know why she felt so strongly for him. She was so happy she had been nice to the male that day a few weeks ago.
Reviving a kiss and Calipso agree with him was all he needed to make up his mind. "I love you too, my little troublemaker" and with that he decided troublemaker would be a new nickname for her. "Then I guess we better get going" he said and began to walk, but not without Calipso by his side. She was still in heat and he wanted his eyes in her at all times.

The golden male is exited to join a pack again, it's been months since he left his former pack. Now there was a new chance to start over, a new chapter in his life was about to being. The best part of it was, he had Calipso right by his side.
