Scarlet moved through the openness of the valley. Her light frame was carrying herself through the once snow covered field. After the warm temperatures of the last week snow melted away from the field, creating a few smaller streams. She trotted right through them in search for some prey to entertain herself. Without a pack she didn't have a lot to do. She often went out to look for food for the both of them. Yet, after her large meal from yesterday she wasn't really hungry at all. Scarlett just couldn't really sit and lounge too much. She liked to move around and be useful.

But, since the white lady wasn't in a pack, there wasn't much for her to do other than just stay in the rising sun valley. After Kove was done arranging everything with his own pack they would find a new territory to claim and settle there as a pack. Scarlett couldn't wait, it sounded exciting. Plus she would be close to Kove, that was already a big bonus. A smile tugged on her lips, slowly she was realizing that her being kicked out of DFG wasn't so bad after all.

he had passed by one or two borders, left, hunted, slept, and moved on. unbeknownst to carter, he had now arrived in teekon wilds, an area rife with many like him. how many days had it been since allie? twenty? thirty? he had no idea.

it wasn't long before he saw a girl, one with red eyes. shrugging, he moved up to her, a grin touching his eyes. it would be cool to charm up some ladies, though maybe not too soon after allie. maybe she was taken. whatever. but anyway, he barked up a "hey."
Hollaaa

Scarlett moved through the valley in a calm walk. She wasn't too bothered on getting somewhere quick. The female looked up when she heard a 'hey' being barked at her. Her eyes turned to the movement and spotted a male coming up to her. Her ears perked up with interested. "Good day," she greeted with a friendly smile. Scarlett didn't see the need to be unkind to someone she didn't know.

Her red eyes studied over the male. He didn't seem to belong anywhere. Interesting. Maybe she could spark his interest for the new pack she was trying to build.
the crimson-eyed girl gave him a once over before greeting him in a friendly manner. "and to you too," he spoke, giving her a winning smile. after briefly studying her, he wondered if there were more red-eyed, white-furred wolves around this area, as carter had never encountered one like her.

"are you from around?" he inquired, wondering if this female belonged to one or two of the packs carter had scented on his way here.
Scarlett wagged her tail in a friendly matter when he wished her a good day too. Scarlett shook her head in answer to his next question. "I am from another part but I lived her for a few months," she explained. She wasn't sure if she would mention that she was kicked out her previous pack. She kept that aside.

"You don't smell of any pack. Are you new here?," she wondered. Scarlett could maybe help him out with where he wanted to go. She knew her way around this place now. As a naturalist she was good with locations.

he nodded at her response to his question. "well yeah, i'm brand new here," he barked a reply, settling down, at ease for the moment. "and i plan to stay." unless another girl i hate to love appears in my life.

"are there alotta packs around here? it's been around a day or two and i've scented two packs along my way," carter said.

Scarlett sat down across from he male. He looked alright. She liked his light coat. Her tail started moving more. "Oh! Welcome to Teekon," she hummed in response. She remember when she got here. Scarlett had been in an awful state. She also knocked on the door of the first pack she encountered. She just wanted a home badly. Now she was kicked out of that pack and was building her own home.

"There are quite a few, yes. In fact there soon might be another one!," Scarlett explained. Her red eyes fell over the male. Remembering how insecure she was when she got here. She had made quite the growth. "I am starting my own pack."
she sat across from him, mirroring his actions. a welcome was given to him, the first one he'd had ever since he'd arrived and he felt unexpected warmth course through him. "thanks."

she confirmed his suspicions, telling him that there indeed were quite an amount of packs around, which had carter wondering whether or not he was to join the next one he saw. he was broke out from his thoughts when the red-eyed girl spoke of how there was to be a new one, one she herself would run, and carter said brightly, "wow, well that's something huge to tackle. that's awesome."

then his thoughts ran somewhere else. before he really had much time to consider it, he barked with a charming smile, "do you have one or two spare spots i could fill in? i'm looking for somewhere to settle, and i'll do the best i can to help get the pack up and going."
Scarlett bobbed her head courtly when the male thanked her. The albino female always worked well with polite wolves since she was polite herself. This pack was a huge thing to tackle indeed. She needed to scout for a good area and work to find some members who wanted to join. It was slowly going steady and the pack was really fleshing out. Scarlett hoped that the pack would work. She was glad that she had Kove with her.

"Thank you," she returned with a grin. Her red eyes lit up when he asked for a spot. "Of course you are welcome! You want to fill up two spots?," she then chuckled. "You have someone traveling with you?," Scarlett wondered. It could be that he had someone close to him that wanted to join the pack too. "You are welcome to join and found the pack with me and my soon to be mate."
the female replied brightly, cordially, welcoming him to take a spot in her to-be-formed pack. a side of his lip quirked up, once she joked about having him to take up two spots. "of course," he chuckled. "seems like a feasible idea. i don't mind taking one or two."

he shook his head at her query. "nope" he offered, his tone joking. "i am very antisocial. you're the first wolf i've met ever since i left home sometime ago, annnnd i would be honored to be a member. thank you."

carter then realized that neither of them had introduced themselves, so with a playful laugh, he spoke, "by the way, my name's carter. thought you should know before i found your pack with you."

Scarlett laughed with him as they were joking around. It sounded like a lot of work to take on two places in a pack. Almost impossible. "Lets start with one. I don't want you to get overworked," Scarlett returned in kindness. The light female wondered with the male was joking or not about being anti social. "Well if that is true you might make a good warden," she offered.

Scarlett's face burned when she realized she hadn't even asked the other male's name. Oh she was really doing this member thing as a high speed. "Oh I am terribly sorry. I am Scarlett and your other alpha will be Kove," she retuned. "Nice to meet you Carter. And yes. I should know as a future alpha to know my pack mates. I feel shameful right now," Scarlett admitted.
*throws flowers* <3

warden? hmmm. sounds badass.

"trades?" he spoke, musing half to himself. "i remember my parents talking about those when i was younger, but... yeah. whatever. i'll pick when the pack's established."

he noticed a blush picking up on the female's pale cheeks as she scrambled to return her name. scarlett. suited her, suited both her blush and her bright red eyes. carter laughed warmly, a melodic sound. "s'okay," he continued, still smiling. "nice to meet you, scarlett. so we start now?" carter said, gesturing to the meadow before them in the typical gentlemanly gesture, indicating she go before him. "let's go have me meet the other guys."
*Twirls Around*

Scarlett nodded slowly. "Yes. I am a Caretaker, Gamekeeper and Naturalist," she retuned. "So I combine it all, look for the weather patterns, be in charge of the hunt, and then take care with that caught food," she hummed. Scarlett liked her trades and she was eager to master them. But that would be something that would happen later. Now they had to found the pack first. It was becoming a real thing.

"Well. I have a den in Emberwood. Kove is finishing things off with his other pack, telling he is leaving. Then I figured once we go to the territory to claim it I would howl, most are here in rising sun valley," Scarlett returned.
