for @Crescendo ! :)

Twist's mind was now focused on how she would preserve the corpse. The goat she'd killed would rot away and decay quickly, the blood being sucked away by whatever small creatures feasted on the goat's remains. She needed a way to preserve it and it's blood, and fast. Who knew who long it might take to get a wolf skull and strawberries? Listen to Darkness, Twist. Darkness will tells how, yes? She thought with a wag of her tail. Maybe the Darkness would tell her, and her ears perked, waiting for a reply to her thoughts to come from the trees. Darkness, please, Twist awaits advice, yes? Very good if Darkness giving idea helps Twist. Twist would greatful. She spoke aloud after waiting a few moments. But no reply came from the trees. Perhaps the Darkness didn't want her to go through with the spell. Frustrated, Twist lifted herself up and began to stalk through the woods, golden eyes narrowed to slits, her tail lashing in annoyance as she strode along.

Murmured pleas awakened Crescendo from his slumber, he woke to see a pretty looking fae talking to a tree, or so it looked. "Oh, hooray!" he muttered under his breath as he got to his feet. "Another one>" He twisted for a moment to smooth out a hair on his immaculate pelt, before his cold eyes searched for the girl again. His mind worked over her words, and he grinned. Perhaps this one would prove to be some fun.

He loped soundlessly through the forest, a feat for such a huge wolf. He slipped into path of the smaller one, drawing himself to his full height (Which was huge) and looking down at her.

"You called?"

A dark shadow with fine looks, muscles, and peircing silver eyes moved upon her path. In the way he replied made her think she might be the Dark Lord himself, though she couldn't be sure. Nevermind, Twist would ask. Twist was look for Darkness. Has the Shadow Lord taken the form of this dark wolf? A fine form become flesh upon Earth, though his divine much more spiritual. Easier for spirits here to sight. She said. Then she feared she'd asked too many questions. Perhaps the Dark Lord would have her killed. O Great One, please do no kill Twist, follower of thee. She said, informing him of her name and that she was in fact a worshipper of him. But Twist would not bow till he verified than he was indeed the Darkness.

Oh, fun. Crescendo bite back a cruel smile as he envisioned the many things he could make her do for him. "Darkness welcomes Twist, but is angry. Twist has not bowed to Darkness. Twist doubts the Darkness." He growled lowly, eyes hardening. He should really pursue a career in theater. He was a great actor. Her clipped way of speaking he quickly adopted, though not as much as her.

He paced toward her, fangs flashing. She would bow to him. Lord Voldemort Crescendo entertain various ideas in his head, contemplating each thoroughly. He liked control.

When he said he was, indeed the Darkness, her electric eyes lit with an insane and excited light. Her lord had come. But when he said she doubted and had not bowed, she immediately fell to the earth, pressing herself uncomfortably against the ground in a respectful bow, though it was worth it for the Dark Majesty. Twist does not doubted Lord of Dark! She was simply unsure if Lord of Dark was truly here, or just mere mortal like Twist. But now King is here, what does wishes of Twist? She asked her king. Whatever he commanded her to do she would follow. He was the Great One, after all. Yes, she was gullible, but Crescendo put on quite a show and easily matched the speak and personality of the Dark Lord in her mind.

Crescendo relaxed as Twist shoved herself into the earth, submissive. He retreated and began to speak with a commanding air. "Twist must listen closely. Darkness use body for short time, then must go. Darkness happy, for Twist loyal follower." He gave her a serious nod, eyes dark and as emotionless as stones. "Darkness need live dog. Twist get Darkness dog, Darkness pleased with Twist. He give Twist gift."

He stared at her. "Twist understand?"

Yes, Crescendo needed a dog, for his own devices. They would make a fun toy, then a payment for Bindi. Yes, this was going quite well.

Twist nodded in an obedient and trance-like way. Twist will bring Darkness live dog. Live. Does Darkness have time limit, yes? Dark Lord says flesh is only short times, soon must go back to spirits world. She said. If it was two days till he left back to the spirit world, she'd better hurry up. If she didn't heed his the command the Shadowed Majesty may have her killed. But if she had three months to get this dog... She'd be more at ease. It all depended on her amount of time for the Darkness's order.

Crescendo was intrigued at her trance like manner, and continued after she asked her question. "Darkness give Twist three days. If Twist fail, death." He glanced at her coldly, letting the message sink in. "Third day midnight, Darkness find Twist here. Darkness go now, duty in spirit world." With a final look, Crescendo spun and melted swiftly into the shadows. Twist had better obey him. He found himself quite liking his new title. 'Lord of Darkness' had a very nice ring to it, he had to admit. Someone to worship him was even better.
@Crescendo could you slip one more post in here so I can get exp? Doesn't need to be long, sorry to ask.

Twist nodded, taking in every word and not even reacting when he said the punishment was death. This was regular for the Dark Lord, to reinforce his orders with threats. Now she would spend her time looking for a dog to bring alive to Black Feathered Woods. Goodbye, Dark Lord, O Great One. Twist, worshipper of thee, will bring the live dog here three days time. She told him. She would. Her eyes exited the trance-like look, and she glanced around as if confused before remembering where she was and what had happened. She got up then, moving quietly off into the forest, thinking about the daunting task ahead of her.

Crescendo looked after the girl with cold eyes, and aloud himself a small laugh. Easy. There was his fun for the night. After the girl had left, the 'Lord of Darkness' vanished into the woods for good, seeking out his den for a slumber and plot. How he loved taking advantage of people. This one had been the best in a long time. He slipped into the hole in the ground that led to his den, and was gone.
