A purple mist surround me. I know what is happening. I shudder with fear and instinct forces me o bow down in his presence. It is a Moon god. He walks over to me, his eyes glowing brightly in the dark sky. It seems that his glowing pupils where blending in with the stars. "Lusa, you should be ashamed. Trading one religion for another." He leans down over to me his eyes burning into my dark fur, "How do you plead?" I was in major trouble. The Moon god could rip away my life if I did not plead correctly. "Please sir forgive me. I am still loyal to you, but with all of my respect, why can I not be loyal to my own Pack? I swear I will never disrespect our code, or theirs." He leaned up. He was huge and intimidating. I wanted to die there in the spot. "I acknowledge your respect to us and them. Therefor you shall not be punished. But one wrong move, Lusa, and you will pay greatly. Do I make myself clear?" My eyes lower and I whisper, "Yes sir, I understand."

She wakes up, breathing heavily. The girl stays in the spot, frozen and unable to move. She wasn't even able to move her eyes. She didn't dare. She was too petrified. She only stared at the world in front of her. Her head swelled, replaying the encounter over and over again. Was that just a dream, or was it really the god talking to her? She highly doubted that it was a dream, it felt to real and to sudden. She closed her eyes shut, trying to fall back asleep. But a glowing pair of eyes flashed in her head, making her eyes open once again. She growled softly at herself, "This is stupid."
Crescendo stood, and with his rising the last shreds of his dreams fell away. His nostrils flared as he tried to remember that scent...but he could not. With a disappointing sigh, he set off through the dark wood.

His muscles ripples as his massive frame maneuvered between objects in his path. His silver eyes were set in the direction of a voice, a faint "This is stupid" from just ahead. He slithered, silently into a clearing, which held a disgruntled looking Lusa. "Had a nightmare, deary?" he questioned her with almost no emotion in his voice.
The dark star tensed up when she heard a voice, but only relaxed to see Crescendo. "No. It wasn't exactly a nightmare." She looked up at him, her eyes blurred, "I like nightmares. This had more too it." She forced herself to stand up, not willing to make herself look weak. She repeated the phrase she said to everyone, "But the details are not of your concern." She shook the dirt and rubble of her pelt, trying to forget about her... dream...? She looked back to Crescendo and said, "Why do you always want to sneak up on people? Someone's gonna claw your eyes out if they don't see it's you." She layed back down where she was first resting, and faced the other way, looking across the clearing.
Crescendo chuffed in amusement. "Ha. I'd like to see them try." He was a bit annoyed, for his fun at the cave was taking it's toll on his rank. He needed to commit to the pack more. She moved beside Lusa, looking down at her. She reminded him of Kadence, he realized with a pang. Kadence, who he suspected had run off with Grimnir. His eyes flashed in a strange mix of pain and anger, but his veil of darkness hid it well. "Very naughty, having nightmares when there is work to be done, prey to be caught, trespassers to catch-and kill" He did not look at her, just straight ahead, mind half on the conversation.
She made a long sigh. "Well, I still would be a bit more careful." She tensed up a bit when he moved closer, but soon released it. She still looked over the clearing, acknowledging the beauty. Yes, she had chosen the perfect Pack to serve to. Her eyes were cut into slits. She was still a little woosy from the experience. "I'm no fool. I know there are things to be done." She chuckled. "I'm not a maid you know. I just want rest just like anyone else would."
Crescendo chuffed in amusement. "I'm kidding you, Lusa" He looked down at the female beside him, without to much interest in his eyes, unusual for him. Another thought was troubling him, another scent haunted him. But he could not think of that now.
"I take it you have settled in well here?"
She layer her head down on her paws. "Yes. This is the perfect place for me. Thank you." She didn't know exactly why she was thanking him. He hadn't done anything for her thanks. But something in her burned.... a needing. Someone that thought like her. There hadn't seemed to be anyone but Morgan. She thought that they would be the perfect friends. Wait.... friends? She had never had any friends..... what are friends? She didn't really think she ever needed any. Am I growing... soft? The dark star bit down a frustrated growl. Never! She was never a softy!

The warmth from Crescendo made her body come closer. It felt nice. It bought back memories of when she was only a puppy. It was the only time she'd feel warmth. She felt like a tiny child again.
