It was odd, she desired to torture wolves like she did in her past. She wanted to see their expressions when she decides to either give the pain or pleasure. But, now that she was on her own, there is a sense that things will not go the way she wants. Lacinia understood that she wasn't phyiscally strong. Removing those males who clearly took advantage of her actually did come with a price. Not only did she end up losing her memories for a while but she lost the chances of doing what she enjoys.

It's clear that being alone doesn't give alot of control over others. As each passing day goes by she became slowly more afraid of meeting other wolves. Murdering would likely come with a price each time. But what can she do if they don't let her torture them? She wasn't intimidating to strangers who didn't know her. She could try to overpower them but the chances are that they are stronger.

Lacinia was tired of being on her own. She wanted to be with others but she was starting to be afraid of the risk that came with. Was it possible to have things her way again or was she going to have to find something new that she might enjoy. She walked slowly through the fields. There was not really any goal set in her mind. She asked herself, why was she still alive? What was her purpose here? Was there something she should be doing? Assassinating males was still a contested idea but that was her dark instinct talking.
For a week and a half, Saena haunted the northern foothills of the Sunspire range. Though she was far removed from Blacktail Deer Plateau and knew there was no place for her there any longer, the comfort of being in the mountain's shadow was undeniable. An artifact of having lived on one her whole life, Saena's love of mountains would carry into her later life and would probably define her in the end. She had her heart set on a territory with a nice view, but finding one was another thing altogether. She didn't wish to contest her previous friends and family by claiming land on the mountain and forcing them to share resources, but the distant north was too far, she originally thought, even though the telltale outline of another mountain range tempted her.

It took only a week of lurking around the foothills for her to change her mind about the northern range. Soon she was trotting at a comfortable pace across a wide valley. If she'd looked to the right, she would've recognized the lake where she'd first encountered a dog, Warthog, and would've shuddered at the memory. Instead, she followed the distant silver line of a creek, though before long her course was redirected, for the form of a canid attracted her.

With her recent brand of unshakable confidence, Saena strode within twelve yards of the dark-furred lone female. Even from a distance, she could tell the other wolf had no affiliation; the scent of others could carry for a quarter mile, but Lacinia smelled only of earth and the wind. Saena wasted no time in pitching her ears and establishing herself as a self-assured young lady. The other woman had a rather fragile build, and though a recently awakened part of her yearned to take advantage of this perceived weakness by imposing herself as a dominant bitch, her upbringing kept her rooted, in part because she knew better and in part because she had underestimated a weak wolf before.

"You seem focused," Saena commented idly, glancing sidelong at Lacinia as though she could read her thoughts when, in fact, she could do no such thing.
(I'm sorry @Saena , I didn't see your post I thought this thread wasn't going to pick up!)

A wolf came and distracted Lacinia from her thoughts. "Oh? I'd be worried if I wasn't" She said as she turned to see who it was. A white female, that meant there wasn't anything to worry about. Within moments she thought about just walking up to her and just start torturing but there was doubt. She'll run off if she trys to do something like that. Maybe she needed a different approach, something friendlier, something nicer.

She faced the female and looked at her with her fiery eyes. "Now my focus is on you, would you like to feel wonderful massage?" She asked in a friendly manner. It's clear that Lacinia was trying to get close without seeming threatening which was a habbit of hers that she still didn't lose. Her goal was set, this time she'll try making the female want to stay by being gentle. But would she be able to control herself if she was given the chance?

What was she thinking, she couldn't do that to someone she has no control over. Good or bad this would likely end up leaving her alone again. "I'm just kidding but it did sound fun." She said, taking the offer away. Lacinia just needed to get to know the wolf first and then decide on how to gain control.
Saena nodded in agreement. Any wolf should be worried about dropping their guard. That was one of the simplest rules of the wild: never, ever relax. Tension and alertness came naturally to Saena, to the point that she didn't really notice it anymore. She supposed it was a good thing that Lacinia was similarly on guard. The younger female had been more interested in what Lacinia was focused on rather than why she was focused, but before she could elaborate, the woman was offering her... a massage?

Well, that's not creepy, thought Saena as her brow crinkled into a frown. "Uh, no thanks," she said warily, taking a careful step back in case Lacinia turned out to be a raving lunatic or something. Saena didn't even really know what a massage was, but its unfamiliarity coupled with the out-of-the-blue offer kept her from being tempted to find out. Luckily for her, the dark-haired loner rescinded the offer, allowing Saena the chance to relax just a little. Her eyes were still suspiciously narrowed, though, and her muscles were poised for flight if it became necessary.

"Fun? Huh," Saena said, clearly unsure that she agreed with the definition. What if a massage was some way of killing a wolf by ripping its scalp off or something? That's ridiculous, she chided herself. She was a healthy yearling, entirely capable of fending off an attacker, or so she liked to believe. In reality, Saena wasn't much of a fighter, but more of a runner, and her first instinct was always to run rather than to risk injury.

"Where do you come from?" Saena asked next, hoping to steer the conversation away from massages, whatever they were.
Lacinia kept a watchful eye on the female. It was easy to tell that the massage idea created a reaction. She wasn't quite sure what it meant though. For her there could be two reasons, either she didn't like massages or simply doesn't know them. Which ever way it goes it meant that she couldn't trying anything like that. In a way she was happy to have seen it before she acted but there was still a bit of disappointment. Maybe she could give her a taste and then maybe it would be a yes? She made a small grin, was she innocent?

The subject changed faster than she expected. Where was Lacinia from? There were so many places she has been could she really say which one she is from? "Well I've been wondering around for a while, Where I came from has nothing but silence. I didn't want to stay there." In fact there was really nothing left in her past. It's like everything was wiped out, which allowed her to get a fresh new start. So there was no point in giving a location.

"Now my turn, How many males did you deal with so far?" She asked directly without hesitation. Lacinia wasn't quite sure why she asked that but she did want to know if this female had to deal with those males that take advantage. If she did then maybe they could understand each other better.
Saena made a conscious effort to keep her distance from Lacinia, but did seat herself in the tall grass to listen. There was a chance the strange woman could redeem herself from her out of place suggestions. As the younger of the pair preened her ears in a picture of attentiveness, Lacinia explained that where she'd come from, there was only silence. Saena was puzzled by the enigma, but said nothing in response. The present indicated that Lacinia had left that place, and was probably looking for something new—potentially a good sign for Saena, who was in the process of actively recruiting loners to her cause.

Just before she could extend a tentative invitation with the knowledge that she would need to watch the dark female carefully, Lacinia asked a question that was just as out of place and bizarre as her massage offer. "Uh, a lot," Saena naively said, believing that Lacinia was asking how many male wolves she'd encountered in her short life, which was many. She, being far too young to tap into sexuality, couldn't think of the question any other way. "What the hell kind of question is that? Were there no males where you came from or something?"
Lacinia decided not to approach the female after she sat down. Tempting it was but she had understood that getting close without a good reason for them would make them leave. It was hard to hold back desire, it was something new that Lacinia will have to deal with. It was being turned into a playful mood which made her a bit restless. Deciding not to approach she sat down and swung slightly side to side.

She giggled in surprise when the female said 'alot'. "Really?" She lean forward, wanting to know what the female had experienced for herself but was quickly asked questions before she could say something. It kinda killed the playful mood but not completely. "Was it not a common question? Well anyway, the males I had to deal with are gone now but they did exist for a time. I'm free from them, no more control, no more taken advantage of." She said. That actually made her happy, she was free from control and she enjoyed it. Except she wasn't truely free, it's seems that desires too had some control.

Now it was her turn to return the question. "Have they gained control over you? If they did then maybe I can help you 'deal' with them." She said. The thought sounded exciting. Having a real target to work on would make her happy. First she'll get close, then weaken, then torture, then elimate. But then not all males deserved that, It's clear she can't pick any target. Some males can be trained but some needed to be removed. It really depends on them and what they have done.
"No, it's a pretty weird question, actually," Saena shared with a chuckle. Whatever doubts she had about Lacinia only tripled when the other woman went on the explain her own situation with males. It seemed the women were unwittingly on two very different topics. Saena took Lacinia to mean males in general, while Lacinia took Saena to mean males in the sack, so the confusion was evident. "Did they kidnap you or something?" she wondered aloud, still unable to make the connection between Lacinia and these hypothetical males.

"No, I'm fully in control," she skeptically answered, narrowing her eyes a smidge as fresh confusion washed over her. "This one guy, Koda, tried to push me down, but he failed. He's a jackass." She felt the plateau and the whole wilds would be better off without his ilk. His misogyny was not only disgusting, it was wrong and unnecessary. She would never shake the feeling that his problems with her were more personal, though she didn't remember doing anything to incite him that way. Whatever the case, Lacinia's offer was appreciated, but unneeded; he would never be able to speak down to her again.

She said, "he doesn't need to be dealt with. I left home, and he isn't welcome where I'm going." Speaking of which, Saena squinted at Lacinia, wholly unaware of the woman's darker problems and knowing that she needed numbers to succeed. "If you're without a home, maybe you can help me find one. I'm planning to claim land for myself. You could be part of it." Lacinia was strange and asked pretty random, possibly inappropriate questions, but she looked to be a fit wolf capable of contributing. Saena had all kinds of doubts, but that wasn't one of them. "I'm Saena," she said at last, pricking her ears expectantly for the favour to be returned.
So her question was weird. How come? Lacinia couldn't understand what made it that way. To her it was a common question. She put some thought into it but there wasn't anything to do but avoid asking weird questions. The hard part was figuring out which questions were weird or not. How could she know before asking? She needed to find someone to teach her, It seems that whatever she learned was out of date here.

Lacinia smiled. "Oh yes, they have kidnapped me. But due to a talent I had I became valuable to them and was trained. I had a false freedom until I was able to break free. It's a good thing you didn't let this Koda guy get the best of you. I hope you taught him a lesson." Now if Lacinia ever met Koda things would become dangerous quickly. He attempted and must be punished for it or else he will just repeat it.

An interesting subject came up. A new home? A place where Lacinia can be with others she could 'play' with? That sounded like a great idea. "I've been on my own for a while so getting a chance to have a home again sounds great. I can help you take control if you wish. My name is.. Aklaq. What kind of home do you have in mind?" She asked in response. The name Aklaq was given to her by a wolf who help her recover her memories. Since Aklaq was better known she uses that but as for her real name she keeps it hidden. Who knows what would happen if someone discovered she was the Black Rose. That time was over and no one knows but she was still afraid that it would scare others.
"He was a pack mate," Saena explained, motioning for Lacinia to walk with her. Her mistrust was slowly fading away, if only because they seemed to have oppression by males, or a single male in her case, in common. "I wasn't allowed to teach him a lesson, but I will if I ever see him again." The words came out strong and confident, but they were partly untrue. Saena knew she was no fighter and that she was unlikely to prove much of a match for Koda. She would give him a verbal lashing, call down her pack mates on him, but never fight him one-on-one. She didn't believe there was honour in fighting a losing battle, and she certainly didn't care enough about honour anyway.

"What talent was that?" Saena asked, genuinely interested in what this female could do. She imagined it had to be something useful, like guarding the borders or padding the caches with food or healing the sick, for Aklaq to still be alive after being kidnapped. She admired any wolf who chose those more natural, basic trades as their own. They had the makings of true wolves, not ones whose ideals clouded their ability to work efficiently with the pack or effectively defend their lands.

"A new beginning," she said automatically. "I always wanted to rise and help lead my old pack, but things there were disorganized. Crimes were going unpunished. I couldn't deal with it anymore, so I left. I'm looking for a new beginning." Her ear twisted to face Aklaq, allowing Saena to survey her response in a way without breaking eye contact with the horizon. "It'll be a pack that develops as it goes, I guess, but I know that crimes won't go unpunished there."
Lacinia had the impression that Saena had a similar experience to what she had faced. Having no control or power to do what was needed was a terrible feeling. Escaping was the right thing to do but due to that Lacinia had lost what she enjoyed most. Maybe the new pack will allow her torture without having to follow orders. To punish those who deserved it instead of punishing those that were innocent. But still playing with the innocent was delightful, unlike those who needed to be punish, they suffered through because it was demanded yet Lacinia was able to give a bit of pleasure before taking their lives next.

"Acupuncture." she said as she walked along with Saena. "It was something I was able to learn fast. I'm not strong but being able to get close and personal I can paralyze someone and then they are at my mercy. But it's simply not possible to use during a fight. Still it has many unique uses that are rather fun to use." Lacinia felt like she could trust the female with this information. If enemies knew what she was capable of she would likely have a harder time dealing with them.

"With me around I'm sure we could keep things organized. I can easily take care of punishments once the target is under control. There will be no crime unpunished and lessons will be learned. I haven't failed once." She said with a smile. If this pack idea follows through Lacinia might enjoy being there. A place were she could be happy will be a place worth protecting with everything she's got. There are so many criminals out there so surely she'll be set for life.
As Lacinia described her skill, Saena grew intrigued, but also disbelieving. Surely paralyzing a wolf could be useful for the benefit of the one who did it, but since it was impossible to do in the midst of a fight, it seemed to lose its merit. No wolf that Saena knew would subject themselves to paralysis willingly, and few wolves were stupid enough to let another sneak up on them. Still, despite its seemingly limited usefulness, Saena asked, "what is acupuncture?" in the hope of learning more. It was still a skill worthy of explanation.

Lacinia offered herself as (what sounded like) a potential Warden, and Saena grinned. "Order can easily be maintained within the hierarchy by individuals, but the borders could use a stronger guard than myself," she said, "I don't intend to let trespassers get away with it." Although Saena was a cultured female who was typically gentle, if not sharp of tongue, she was still a wolf capable of savagery when necessary. It was an instinct to kill a trespasser, so she wouldn't think twice if it ever came to that, though she also wouldn't look forward to the day it inevitably did.

"I can show you to the ridge now and tell you about the other wolves there, if you like," Saena offered, extending a formal invitation to Lacinia if the loner chose to take it.
"It's quite simple really. Did you know your body is full of sensitive points? Base on which point you touch your body will react differently. It can make your muscles relax or it can put you in a world of pain. Of course you need to know what does what and also be very precise or else it doesn't work." She explained. Lacinia didn't mind sharing as long as it didn't scare the female away. To be able to use her skills again was what she was hopeing. So far it looked like it was going to be possible. She couldn't wait to see other wolves she could play with.

Lacinia agrees that trespassers should learn to not wonder into other territorys without paying the price. But neither Saena or her looked like fighters so what she believe was needed was tamed males. Although males can be dangerous, if trained correctly they could become very useful. "Do you think we could tame a few males and use them to guard ther territory?" She asked directly.

When the female offered to show her the ridge and tell her about the other wolves there Lacinia found no reason to refuse. She nodded and continued to follow.  "Please show me. I look forward to seeing what's there." Was this the sign of a true new begining? A change that Lacinia wanted. She would hope that things would now get better and then she would want to protect what she enjoyed.
Cool if we fade? We can have a new one soon if you like! Lacinia is really interesting, I wonder if Saena will ever figure her out!

Lacinia managed to salvage Saena's impression of acupuncture with her concise but informative explanation. It seemed to involve touch and pressure, and while it wasn't likely Saena would ever indulge in it, it seemed like a decent way for a wound-up wolf to relax. That Lacinia might prefer to use it to cause pain rather than pleasure never occurred to Saena, who had never met a wolf that enjoyed others' suffering.

She paused in her fluid movement when Lacinia asked if they could tame some males. Saena looked to her newest recruit, true concern etched on her brows and in the depths of her indigo eyes. What sort of society must she have come from to thinking that taming was appropriate or even possible? They were wolves, wild animals. Even the most laid-back wolf was still a wolf. "I don't know what that means, exactly, but absolutely not," Saena sternly said. "Everyone gets their autonomy so long as they stay within the laws of the pack, which are obvious things. We will have guardians, and they will do it willingly, not because of some... taming procedure."

With that clarified, the dappled young woman led the way back to the ridge, unable to contain some excitement about showing Lacinia around.
(Ok! I count on having her meet everyone. Just there might a chance she'll be trying to control males. should be fine as long as she doesn't try to kill any males :P)

"I mean we should make sure the males follow the laws. They may have traits we dont want, like what makes them a jackass or whatever makes them take advantage over others. Do you really count on them following the laws without them trying to take advantage of it?" She said as tried to explain what she was worried about. Males are difficult to deal with sometimes but when it comes to combat they are better suited. Lacinia wanted strict control to be applied to them. She worries that lack of control may cause disorder and give a little too much free will to males.

Of course she says that based on her past experience. She didn't know what kind of males lived around these lands but it was clear that there are some that are best to get rid of as quickly as possible.

With that in mind she became more curious of the other members who count on following Saena. She was eager to see them but she would be on complete guard if some happen to be males. She followed calmly and tried to picture what kind of wolves she would meet.
Last post for me! Thanks for the thread! You can post once more to conclude it or just archive it, whichever works best for you. :)

"Everyone will follow the laws," Saena assured Lacinia. The idea that any wolf was less prone to following laws than another based on their sex was ridiculous to Saena, who had lived with misogyny long enough to believe it was a primative and disgusting concept. Sexism against men was just as bad. "Males aren't the only jackasses. I'm not sure where you came from, but around here, not many wolves take advantage, and those who do are not solely men."

Lacinia should know this—she was one such woman who took advantage of others' weaknesses and vulnerability, not that Saena actually realized that.

"They will follow the law or they will leave," she said with finality, moving into a lope. She wanted to make it back to the ridge in good time, and trusted Lacinia would keep up. Once there, she would introduce the members of the pack, and reinforce the idea that men were not the only evil in the world, before leaving to rest by herself for a while.
