Kesuk turned her head side to side, taking in the forests that surrounded her. She had never been to this part of the wilds and it fascinated her. Scarlett had said the territory was in a vally near blackfoot forest and wapun meadow and Kesuk wasn't quite sure if she had passed them yet, but she kept walking. She had seen a large meadow and had deemed that Wapun, but she didn't know about the forest. It all looked the same to her.

Shaking the worries from her head, she continued on through the woods, wishing the sun would peak through the clouds and warm her fur. It wasn't cold at all, but the sun had been missing for a while now. Sniffing the air, she finally came across traces of pack scent. She quickly latched on and followed it till she came to a place where it was very strongly marked. The border.

She smiled and lifted her muzzle, calling for her friend @Scarlett. She hoped everything was going well for her, after all, she did come here to see how the pack was going and if they could support two more wolves.

She closed her maw and sat down, bringing a paw up to her muzzle to try and get a nasty thorn out of her pad as she waited.
Yaay!

Scarlett was over the moon with her happiness. Her heat had vanished two days ago, as it should have. The red eyed female was keeping a close eye on her body to make sure that she was really feeling what she thought she was feeling. Ever since Scarlett was young she wanted to be a mother of her own. A better mother than her own mother had ever been. She hadn't told Kove yet, only when she was hundred precent sure. Although, he mother instinct was hard to fool right?? The red eyed female was currently nibbling on a two week old carcass because she was hungry for .. something. At least that was a good sign. The only thing that troubled her happiness with Raziel being attacked by loners.

Scarlett's head raised when she heard a howl of Kesuk. Kesuk! She instantly trotted towards the boulder path, the only entrance to their valley. Scarlett rushed a bit. A funny thought escaped her, Kesuk always seemed to visit her when she had her heats, or well, now she missed it by two days. Scarlett hoped that she wouldn't have a heat in awhile now. The pale female howled in response that she was coming and skillfully navigated between the scattered boulders and rocks. When she saw her chocolate colored friend her tail started wagging excitedly. "Kesuk!!," she happily called out but then her tail fell a bit. Where was Koda? Oh no. Did they break up? "Welcome to Bearclaw Valley!"
Kesuk lifted her head from her paw when she heard the bark of her friend. A grin stretched her cheeks and she jumped to her paws, hurrying to give Scarlett a friendly lick on the cheek. It hadn't been too long since she had seen her red eyed friend, but it seemed like an eternity, epecially with all the drama that had been plaguing the plateau lately.

"Scarlett! It's so great to see you! How's everything going here? Having fun with your mate?" she asked suggestively, waggling her eyebrows playfully, a laugh bubbling out of her mouth.
Scarlett eagerly greeted her friend and nosed through he chocolate fur. Her tail went crazy. "Oh everything is so wonderful Kesuk!! I'm going to be a mother!," she let out excitedly, she couldn't help to share it with one of her good friends. And it was no secret that Scarlett wanted to be a mother badly. "So yes you can say we had fun," she giggled.

The white queen then looked around. "Where is Koda? Aren't you guys together anymore? And you smell different... Don't you live at the plateau anymore?," Scarlett questioned. Hopefully Kesuk knew that she was always welcome in her pack.
A grin spread across Kesuk's face when Scarlett announced the good news. She knew how badly her friend wanted to be a mother and now it was finally happening and Kesuk couldn't be happier for her. She licked Scarlett on the cheek, her tail wagging at a fast pace behind her.

"Oh Scarlett! That's the best news I've heard in ages! I'm so happy for you! she exclaimed with excitement.

But slowly her white furred friend's face turned to worry as she caught the scent change that floated around Kesuk. She sighed and looked down at her paws. "Yeah, we're still together, but he's having some issues. Issues that may or may not have left us packless..." she looked back up at her friend, her tail drooping ever so slightly.
Scarlett was just as happy as Kesuk looked. She was so keen on having babies, she loved little ones. Although the young pale female wasn't really knowing what was ahead of her. She was recently carrying but since she had a small frame she might have more difficulty with her pregnancy than she thought currently.

The red eyed female felt also sad for her friend. "Oh Kesuk!," she spoke and licked her cheek. "Just so you know. If you get kicked out or just.. have nowhere to go you are ALWAYS welcome in mine. You can just walk in and look for me, or tell the guards that you are welcome and that they call me instantly. I will tell Kove too, so he knows you are welcome. You are such a dear fried, Kesuk. I would love you to be there, and Koda too if you guys don't break up. Why don't you come with me now? We have food and dens where you can rest! You helped me last time, let me help you!"
She didn't to inconvenience her friend, but it had been a pretty long trip and a good nights sleep sounded pretty good right then. Plus then, she could tell Koda exactly how wonderful it would be, then maybe he would give up his far fetched idea of starting his own pack and actually be able to settle down.

"I don't want to be a bother, but that sounds wonderful. I will have to leave pretty early in the morning to get back before Koda goes crazy, but I don't think one night will be that bad." she responded gratefully. She didn't know how she would do it without great friends like Scarlett. "Plus then I'll get to meet the famous Kove." she teased with a wink.
Scarlett smiled when Kesuk wanted to stay over. "I think I even have a den for you where you can rest well," Scarlett spoke to her friend with a soft smile. "You wouldn't be of an inconvenience. Ever," she pointed out and licked her friend over her cheek. Scarlett motioned her to follow her. She moved down the boulder path she came from, waddling past the huge boulders down into the valley.

Scarlett giggled when Kesuk spoke of Kove. "Oh yes! You never met. I might call him for you to meet him," She spoke with a grin. "You can stay as long as you like, even call Koda to stay here as our guest if you want," she offered. She wouldn't want to be away from Kove. But maybe that was also because of her hormones that were currently raging.
She smiled gratefully at her friend and returned the lick before following her into the woods. She didn't know where she would be in the world if she didn't have Scarlett. Kesuk smiled when her snow-pelted friend mentioned calling Kove to meet her. Even though they were already having pups, Kesuk would have to make sure he was good enough for Scarlett, this was her best friend they were talking about!

"Oh, he has to figure some stuff out at home... Or he would probably love to come visit." she replied to Scarlett's suggestion to Koda coming to visit as well. Of course he had to be in a buttload of trouble right now.
Scarlett smiled, happy that Kesuk would be part of their pack. She would be most eager to have her friend close as her belly grew. They could chat and Kesuk could help her with hunting once she was too fat to run. It would be perfect! Scarlett's tail excited to wagged as she walked with her chocolate colored friend. "Oh okay. That happens. Koda is always welcome, of course!," Scarlett assured and then showed Kesuk the forest.

While being in the forest she showed where the alpha den was and moved all the way around the rocky and steep walls that had sometimes a crack that would be perfect to be used as a den. "After this there will be big open fields if you prefer to sleep there. You are safe in this valley so sleep wherever you want to sleep."
Kesuk gave Scarlett a thankful smile, her own tail wagging happily as she followed her friends lead, taking in the beauty of the territory. While the steep surrounding cliffs gave off a protected feel, there was still plenty of space in the valley. It was like a secret haven, kept locked away from the cruelty of the world. It was definitely a place she would call home. Maybe Koda would like it too.

"Wow, it's so beautiful here! You found an amazing place." she complimented, her tail wagging and a big smile on her face. "I think I'll find some soft grass to sleep on tonight. It's getting pretty late, do you want to get back to your den? With the pups and all." she said, even though she knew Scarlett would be safe in her own pack's territories. But still, it was better safe then sorry.
Will you add yourself to the pack? Or do you want to wait? :D Last Post from me!

Scarlett wagged her tail too. "You will love it here Kesuk," she smiled and looked so happy. "Oh Kove knows I wander around the pack lands a lot. Plus these babies are not going anywhere. I am still good. Only a week pregnant. I believe that it might be tougher later on." Scarlett then looked at the sky. Night was about to fall indeed. Maybe she should go back to Kove. She didn't mind a cuddle session.

That cheered her up. "I might go anyhow. I hope you don't have too rough of a night," she wished her friend. "I will be at the alpha then if you need me. Good night!," She wished and started to leave before she did Scarlett turned around. "I am glad you are in BCV, Kesuk!," she hummed and then trotted away to her mate.

Scarlett Exits.
