@Scarlett Maybe I could use this for both healer and counselor? Hope you don't mind I started the thread.

Raziel was healing rapidly thanks to Scarlett's care and the herbs that were available in the pack, there was no healer in the pack and he seemed to be the only one who had knowledge with herbs. He was already going for the counselor trade, why not go for the healer too? After all, healing was just as important as fighting, if not even more and the pack would benefit greatly from a healer. There were warriors in the pack, Kove, Adlartok, himself, and he could and would still fight for the pack even if he did not hold all the physical trades (warden, warrior).

But the fates willed him to pursue a path of helping others instead of mere destruction and to be honest, the Roman was more than willing to obey. He had seen enough bloodshed and destruction for a lifetime, having literally been born in a battlefield. Devoting his life to helping others, healing others instead of inflicting wounds and taking lives was a much better option in his opinion.

The moment he had left the den, Raziel had gone to collect cobwebs and various herbs, marigold, yarrow, alder bark, goldenrod. Then he had gone to find a suitable den, with luck, he spotted small earth cave in the valley wall, it was rather large, a tunnel led to another smaller room, too small for a wolf to live in so he began digging. The small room in the back was for him to sleep in if there were patients in the den, the front room had a large corner, left of the entrance where the patients would sleep. After a morning of digging, it was large enough to fit three wolves in. It was exhausting work and his whole body ached, fatigue consumed him, though he was healing, he was still not fully healed. Finding a cache, Raziel ate a rabbit and a squirrel, drank water from a puddle just outside the den and rested beside the river.

Then he began herb hunting once more.
Scarlett realized that her patient was gone when she went to check on him. She knew that the grey prince could never sit still for a long time. In a way she was relieved. Her small body was expanding more by the day with the growing pups in her belly and though she was starting to feel some discomfort, no on could even complain about Scarlett being cranky. The girl was beaming happily, having that happy glow others could have.

Though she was not much of a healer. She just followed Raziel's advise. She was more a naturalist that knew where plants would be located instead of knowing what use they had. Luckily she could listen to Raziel. She knew that Raziel was responsible enough not to do anything foolish. Hopefully he would keep himself calm. Scarlett went on with her own usual business until she was feeling a bit light headed and dizzy. She scolded herself since Scarlett thought she hadn't eaten enough. She was already horrible with eating for herself and now she had a bunch of unborn pups to eat for too.

Scarlett walked to the cache, realizing she did had a large breakfast this morning and then had a nap. She remembered. Why was she feeling so... ill. Her stomach was upset or some part of her body. A soft frown came upon her face and while she made her way to the river, bile rose in her throat and soon her stomach contents reappeared. Scarlett sat down, feeling tired and drained. She looked down at her building belly. Who knew being pregnant was so ... difficult. Her small body was also not used to the added weight, or bodies pressing against other organs, which would only be more Scarlett realized. Maybe Raziel had something for her that could calm her stomach so she howled for him.
The sooner Raziel moved away from the Alpha's den, the better, he knew because of his presence, Kove had not slept in the den for some while and probably hadn't seen the albino for sometime too. He knew the white king did not blame him (probably) but Raziel did, they were mates after all and he was depriving the two of them of the time they deserved together. Especially with Scarlett pregnant with his litter of pups. It would be nice to have puppies in Bearclaw Valley, it was a bit dull here after all with the lack of members. When I recovered, he reminded himself, I will go and recruit more wolves.

The Bearclaw wolf found poppy flowers and were already collecting the seeds, poppy seeds, they could be used as painkillers, soothe distress or shock and help wolves sleep. Pushing the seeds into a large leaf with his paw, he dipped his head to clamp his jaws gently around to leaf and carry it back to the den. He made several trips back and forth, each time with different herbs in his jaws, he was about to make another trip when Scarlett's howl rang through the air.

Quickly, the grey prince left his new den and raced towards the location of the howl, as fast as he could without pain coursing through him. He skidded to a halt in front of her. The scent of puke surrounded her, it was normal for a pregnant woman, nothing to really worry about but it wasn't comfortable. Raziel didn't say it out loud, be he was secretly glad he hadn't been born a female.

Bowing slightly to his leader, Raz was suddenly aware of his new scars. He had removed the cobwebs with the poultices and while many of his cuts healed with no evidence of scars, there were a few who he knew, would remain forever. The nick in his ear was old and so was the shoulder scar, made before he arrived at Teekon Wilds. But the three claw scars on the bridge of his muzzle and the patchy, ragged, furless wound on his chest? That was from the loners. He pushed away those thoughts, and turned his teal gaze to Scarlett. "Whatsup?"
Scarlett wasn't feeling so well and for the first time she was a but bummed out by it. The red eyed female sat down, sitting a bit slouched before she laid down. She was more laying on her side than on her tummy, not wanting to squish the babies in any way. A soft shaky sigh came from her. She was just nauseous and dizzy. It was evident by the sour smell that she threw up near by. Scarlett was small and might have some more complications as the pregnancy would further. She looked up when Raziel approached her.

A weak smile came upon her face as she struggled to sit back in a sitting position. "I am not feeling so well," she admitted tiredly. "I was wondering if you might know some plants I can eat for my dizziness and upset stomach." To be honest it felt like everything was hurting but Scarlett was not the one to complain quickly. She would always go on with her duties, not wanting to let the pack down. Her white colored fur looking a bit more dirty as she was laying down more. Her eyes closed tiredly even when she was sitting. Maybe she should start to introduce a nap in the afternoon.

Realizing that she was only half way made her think about how difficult it was being pregnant. She had not known this before, yet, she would certain after she saw those cutie faces she would be in love and forget all the pain she endured.
A weak smile graced his friend's lips as she rose from her lying position onto her haunches and spoke, saying she was not feeling so well and if he had some herbs she could eat for her dizziness and upset stomach. Pregnancy could do these horrible things to you, but in the end, the reward was too great and you would forget all the things that had happened before. At least, that was what his mother told him, as a male, he wouldn't really know or understand.

"Yeah, sure, but perhaps you should come to my den as most of my herbs are there. It isn't a long way and you can rest there before you go on with your duties, rest can do a pregnant mother a lot of good." Raziel said with a concerned tilt of his silver crown. Pregnant mothers could not eat certain herbs, he remembered, for they might ruin the litter's healthiness. "In fact, I'm now insisting you should rest and not stress yourself out as the unofficial healer of the pack," the Roman said.

"Don't stress yourself, Kove can lead just as well on his own and the pups health matter most," Raziel said, fixing his stern green gaze on her and began moving in the direction of his den.
Gah! I am sorry I overlooked this thread! <3

Scarlet pushed herself to her feet and then nodded at Raziel. "Okay I will walk with you," he agreed. Scarlett found it difficult to rest but maybe that was the thing she should do more. She had a high mother instinct but being pregnant messed with her want to work hard for her pack. Plus her small frame was really starting to feel the effects of the extra weight she was carrying. It wouldn't take long until Scarlett would waddle through Bearclaw instead of her light footed trotting.

"You are right. It is just like you when you were injured. I can't sit still for a long time," she admitted and then smiled softly. They were kind of like a brother and sister where they? They had some of the same traits. Scarlett was glad once she arrived to the cave that would probably be the new infirmary. A soft smile tugged on her lips. "This looks amazing, Raz." Scarlett laid down inside of it, careful that her belly wasn't too much squashed. This resulted her, laying on her side.
Raziel chuckled softly when Scarlett mentioned that it was just like him when he was injured and staying in the Alpha pair's den. It was a trait shared among most Romans, for they wished to serve their Legion, their pack as best as they could and resting did absolutely nothing to help the pack. A loyal Roman soldier would continue on even if they were dying, and on the battlefield, a soldier only fell when he/she was dead, otherwise, no matter how deep or how much the injury hurt, they went on, because their loyalty was strong and in the end, the Legion mattered more than their own life.

Scarlett complimented his new den and carefully lay down on the floor, a grin spread over the Roman's features as he trotted in, "Just found it and dug it this morning," he said with a shrug of his shoulders as he began going through his cache of herbs. "Dizziness and upset stomach, you said?" he called, even though he didn't really need the answer.

There were some herbs pregnant wolves could not eat, Raziel had to remember that. He grabbed some watermint in his jaws and brought it over to Scarlett, "Chew it into a pulp and then eat it, it won't taste as nice as prey but it's necessary." Then the Roman went back to his cache and grabbed a few more herbs. He placed chervil and poppy seeds on the ground. "This is chevil," he nudged the plant with a paw, "chew the root and leaves to get the juices."

His expression grew serious then, "I don't have anything for dizziness yet, but here are poppy seeds which can help you sleep. I wouldn't recommend using them, especially since you're pregnant but if its serious, you can chew it and eat it. Don't take too much though."
Scarlett liked the cave like den as an infirmary. It was good to have a place with herbs. Raziel was a smart wolf to start up an infirmary and cache of herbs. Scarlett approved. She watched howl Raziel was starting to gather herbs. A soft hum came from her throat. She instantly took the herbs from Raziel, trusting him with her life. The taste wasn't something she preferred indeed. But if it would help her upset stomach then she would take it.

Next up she grabbed the root in her mouth and made sure to swallow the juices that came from the plant. Her face scrunched up for a moment but she obediently took every herb. She asked for it after all. She slit the root out and then placed her head on her paws, listening to what Raziel was telling her. "Thank you, Raziel," she spoke with a soft smile. "I will keep it in mind but I wouldn't want the poppy seed to affect my pregnancy," she admitted. She wanted these babies so Scarlett reasoned that she would have to suffer through the pain that came with it too.

The light colored female then placed her head on the ground, laying more on her side. Now she did you could really see her belly bulging more. "Resting is so difficult," Scarlett muttered.
Truthfully, the greyscale Roman hated being indoors. He felt as though the walls of the cave was closing in on him, suffocating him, killing him, but it would do no good for his patients (hopefully he would not have any) to sleep outside. And he knew that many wolves actually liked dens, perhaps they liked to feel safe. Raziel withheld a scoff at the idea, cowards, all of them. But the warrior couldn't blame them, they hadn't been brought up in the brutal environment he had, most wolves here were as green as summer grass, and it truly wasn't there fault.

He would live in the den when he had patients, but when he did not, most likely the Roman would sleep just outside the den, facing the stars and the sky, his only companions for a long time before he arrived in Teekon Wilds.

Calm teal eyes watched the albino eat the herbs he had given her, she obeyed his instructions well enough. He knew the taste was probably terrible, many of his previous patients had spat them out and refused to eat them, but it could not be helped. If they wished to continue to live, to survive, they couldn't let a piece of disgusting tasting plant stop them. If they did, then Raziel would not waste his herbs on them, a quick death would serve them better, those cravens.

A smile touched his features but was quickly gone, though he had softened up, the hardened, brazen warrior he had been and still was would never truly leave. "You still have to rest," the aspiring healer said, gazing resolutely at his friend, his fierce eyes unyielding.
Last post from me <3 (Sorry for the shortness!)

Scarlett watched the aspiring healer and then rested her head on the ground. Her eyes closing as the healer told her to rest. The young queen took his advise to heart and made sure she would rest more. Not just today but also as her belly would smell more. The red eyed female was quick to daydream about her young and how they would look like. She hoped they wouldn't be albino, still even after Raziel scolded her for it before. But if they would be Scarlett would love them dearly and learn them being albino isn't a shame.

The female slowly sunk deeper into her sleep and smiled softy, dreaming about her little family and how happy she was with her life right now.
