Mason has small paws, three of which sport ankle-socks of mottled storm grey, goose white and walnut brown, however the front-right is left bare. The same tri-colour patches adorn the backs of his ears, and drizzle like freckles along his muzzle. Light smatterings pepper through the silky fur of his ruff in abstract patterns. The rest of his body is a mixture of white and grey in equal measures, blending together so well he appears a perpetual off-white against his brick-coloured splotches.

Echoing his mother Mason's fur is extremely long and fluffy, however on him it is very thin and sparser than the average wolf, giving him a wispy look. Winter is harder for him than most wolves due to this. If he gets agitated his coat stands on end until he becomes a discoloured dandelion puff; in the rain he resembles a drowned coyote. His tail is like a plume of feathers, tapering out to a pale point.

Thanks to his early exit from the womb, Mason will always err on the slight and slender side. He will grow to a medium height but the length of him from tip to tail will reach that of his father, lending him the illusion of slinking close to the ground or stalking prey, even when he is not. He will gradually grow into his delicate features which are destined to be more effeminate than masculine.

Mason's eyes are over-large and wide-set in his slender face, the irises coloured a deep and vibrant amber that resemble flaming embers nestled against snow.
