Rhiannon was born in a pack away from here, she was the daughter of the Alpha and Alphess of her pack. Being the oldest she was taught that sge would be the heir to their pack and that Tanali would be the priestess. So from a young age the two were groomed into their respective roles, one day during a ceremonial hunt Rhiannon had come across an injured wolf. The wolf was frightening to the young pup, his body covered in old battle scars. But that didn't deter the female from taking on a "motherly" role and helping to nurse him back to healthealth with the help of her sister Tanali who was being trained in medicine.

The three spent many days together talking while Tanali tended to his wounds and Rhiannon brought him food she had caught on her own. Though one summer evening the two returned to tell him the good news of their ceremony to find him gone, Rhiannon was disappointed that he had left without saying goodbye but soon pushed his memory to the back of their mind. As years passed the two stopped looking for the mysterious wolf who gave them no name and started focusing on their duty to the pack. Tanali and her grew into two strong and healthy young wolves who were loved by many. But everything changed when a lone wolf showed up at the valley of their home.

He issued a challenge to the Alpha, Rhiannon stepped up ready to accept the challenge and fight him. But their father shook his head pushing her back behind her mother as he faced off against the wolf. Minutes went by for what seemed like hours as the two stared each other down before her father attacked. Teeth met with bone and fur, the tearing of flesh and the smell of blood filled her nose as she watched unable to do anything. As time went by neither gave up, but as their dad went to attack he had fell the adrenaline wearing out and the pain catching up. That was all the challenger needed to take control, jumping on her father and looking the two girls in the eye as the sound of crushing bone, gurgling while choking on blood, then silence.

They looked at their father's body in frozen terror as her mother was killed next. Tanali had fled for safety soon as she seen her father's dead eyes and was no where to be found. When it was Rhiannon' turn he looked at her studying her as if he knew her from somewhere before issuing her an ultimatum. Leave the place she had called her home since she was born or suffer the same fate that her parents had. Not wanting to die the she-wolf fled.
