A russet timber wolf female of petite build and height. Her muscles are toned and her coat is well kept. Her body speaks of caution and of thoughtfulness to all her actions. Her eyes are critical but not unkind, glinting specks of green among the brown. She bears three fresh scars on the right side of her muzzle midway down her lip.

Appearance
Not the largest, but not the smallest, Pyx fits soundly in the middle range for her species. Her muscles are well toned under a finely kept coat. She appears relatively well-fed, though it can't be argued she could stand more regular meals. Her eyes at first glance appear to be brown. A longer look will reveal them to be hazel: pale tan with specks of emeralds throughout and a bright circlet of the same enclosing her pupil.
Her coat is the normal timber wolf shade, blacks and browns mixing on her shoulders and down her spine. She is more russet than any other color, however, inheriting a rich red hue from her mother. Her belly and the underside of her tail are cream that extends up the underside of her neck to her chin. Her ears are tipped in black, with excess running down the length of the outer edges as if covered in ink.

Personality
More likely to talk her way out of a situation than to fight, Pyx has a silver tongue and a quick wit. She is strong, but recognizes that many could be stronger and thus would rather reach a sensible agreement than outright fight. Or, if she must fight, she'd rather tangle the opponent's head with words to throw them off.
She is a thinker and evaluates most situations thoroughly if given the chance. She is not prone to impulse, though she is mortal and it can not be said to be impossible. She manages herself well, able to keep a cool and collected head in most situations. Once she is comfortable with other wolves she is kind, though perhaps occasionally snarky, and loyal.

Biography
Pyx was born in a den made under and amongst the roots of a tree in Weminuche wilderness. She was the final pup of a litter of four, and the only female. Her father was a large male by the name of Calix and her mother, Daia, was no small female herself. Out of the litter of robust boys Pyx was the smallest (though her mother insisted she was not a "runt", as if the word scandalized her). She was given her name for her size, Pyx - a shortened version of pixie.
As she grew she felt a disconnect forming. She was no longer content with the activities that had made her happy before. Though the pack was strong and the hunting was good, she felt that she needed to seek other lands. Some of her brothers had left as well, seeking their own lands or adventure. With wanderlust itching her feet she decided to leave and explore the world. The day after her second birthday she bid goodbye to her parents and started her journey that eventually lead her to the Teekon Wilds. Though loner life was more rough than pack living, her training with her parents served her well and she managed a decent living. After nearly a year on her own she decided to settle within the Teekon Wilds, to find a pack again and begin a new life, her wanderlust successfully tamed.
