Appearance
<a href="http://wickedleaf.com/rp/naga/img/naga_reference.png"><img src="http://wickedleaf.com/rp/naga/img/naga_reference.png" class="right" style="width:300px;" /></a> Those familiar with the Nereides and Kesuks—particularly Aktaie and Nanuq—would likely recognize Naga in a heartbeat, for she is an echo of the marriage between them. More bear-like than the lithe Nereides, the young female is tall and well-muscled. Her coat largely resembles that of Aktaie, her birth mother, though several shades lighter. The coat along her back is the color of sand, fading as it reaches her underside. All four paws have brown toes. Her Kesuk heritage peeks through where Aktaie's lightest points were; on Naga, her ears and the tall socks of her forelegs are the brilliant white of snow. A darker mask of fur lays over her eyes and the bridge of her muzzle, extending down the mane of fur at her neck before stopping abruptly at her shoulders. Dark grey hooks lay beneath her mismatched eyes; the left eye, the turquoise of her mother Aktaie, and the right, the ice of her mother Nanuq.
Personality
Naga is very much a child of the light. Raised to honor both the Great Bears and the Sea, the young Kesuk-Nereides relates more easily to the physical nature of the former—but she desperately wishes to understand the spiritual nature of the Sea. Unlike Aktaie, she is more a warrior than a priestess. She is also ruled more prominently by her emotions, though she strives to be as stoic and level-headed as her mother. She believes herself to be a divine warrior, and that she has a great destiny—that her life will be legendary. Not yet fully understanding the dual nature of Atka and Sos, she fears the darker God and is overcome with guilt and self-loathing when under His influence... most likely because a part of herself enjoys it.
Biography
Grew up in Echo Cove, raised by Nanuq & Aktaie with various siblings. Early in her life, dreams of a great destiny came fast and vividly—she left the Cove under blessings from her parents to pursue it.

<b>Naga's den</b> sits at the very base of Horizon Ridge, where rock meets soil. There is a niche in the ridge's rocky wall just big enough for a wolf to squeeze through, and it opens into a small but cozy chamber protected from the elements. Like her mother, Naga decorates with seaweed, seashells and bones (if only to remind herself of home). It's on the very edge of the territory's western side, almost inside Ravensblood Forest.
Relations
Naga is the second-born daughter of <b>Nanuq Kesuk</b> and <b>Aktaie Nereides</b> (through Aktaie's consort, <b>Sitka Kesuk</b>). She is never far from the side of her sister, <b><a href="http://wolf-rpg.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=38">Atropos</a></b>, and their travels have often included their brother-cousin, <b><a href="http://wolf-rpg.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=44">Oak Maniitok</a></b> (son of Nanuq Kesuk and <b>Oakheart</b>). She has vast amounts of family on both sides, though she is most familiar with those she grew up with in Echo Cove, only hearing tales told of the legendary Nereides blood that fills her veins.

Because all of Naga's threads prior to November 2013 are dead, I am playing as though they did not happen and that she first arrived in the area on November 20, 2013.
