Skoonka is a compact, tank of a horse, built to thrive in the wilderness, and to survive harsh winters. He stands at just under fifteen hands high, with a wide neck, muscular hindquarters, thick limbs, and large hooves. His shaggy, bay coat is unkempt, lending to a wild appearance. Unlike many from his herd, who are bay without markings, the stallion - a resulting mix of a reservation horse's foal - sports two socks and two stockings, a dual-coloured tail, and a bald face. His pink nose and sky blue eyes are sensitive to high noon, and he prefers to canter at either dusk or dawn,
