Practical, empirical, smart as a whip. Slightly erratic— Safka is a denizen within his own stream-of-consciousness world. He's efficient at the things he does but not necessarily reliable in terms of being a tool. Jittery when he wants to be, composed when he wants to be, like maybe a high-functioning addict.

His curiosity is a force of nature. He is a natural detective whose mind easily keeps up with vast stretches of information and the logic which stitches (however weak or strong it may be) it all together. He runs on his own brand of morals and justice, which are conventional for the most part, and if he were human, he would probably be the eccentric but well-meaning police chief.

There is depression, too. The loss of his friend has left him with guilt and a queer little voice in his head which seems to despise him and doubts every choice he makes. Ironically, it is the one of the only things that cannot apply his logic to.

Beneath it all, a temper that seems to be slow-moving but really, its quite the opposite.
