Basil was born in the Black Forest in Germany. Having been born from a new generation of wolves that settled down over there he should have been killed, as his pack sometimes killed the livestock of the humans living in their territories surrounding. But instead, he was wounded and captured. He does not know what happened to his family but he remembers a long journey in darkness and a lot of swinging motions. Then suddenly pain and drowsiness. When he came to again, he was in an unfamiliar place. After traveling for a long time he arrived at The Teekon Wilds. Only a weird contraption around his neck keeps reminding him of his past.
