svelte and thieving, the duskwraith is draped in the grimvald dark grey agouti pelage that fades to creamy ivory, marked with darker ticking at his cape. haunting, fiery jack-o-lantern orange eyes: also a notable grimvald physical trait.

the grimvalds are an ancient and powerful bloodline that reign as the rulers of eventide cove as they have since its conception generations back. they believe that there is great pride to be found in family name and bloodline and it is rumored upon the hushed tones and envious lips of those beneath their rule that they, from time to time, purge and 'purify' their bloodline.

to be duskwraith is to embody all that the sovereignty stands for. these wolves are cunning, conniving, ruthless and precise in their execution. they are the executioners, strategiests, and poisoners ( warrior, tactitican and toxicologist ). though most are beguiling it is key to remember they are, each and every one of them, eidolons of the dusk: cold and unburdened by their orders and what must be done. their aim is true and they will see that their targets are nothing more than cold corpses.

duskwraith (warrior, tactician, toxicologist), dawnweaver (caregiver, chronicler), nightkeeper (scout, naturalist), dayreaper (hunter, counselor)
some of these have overlapping specialties — which sovereignty they fall under is the choice of the wolf in question in this situation. and though these factions may have sub-leaders they all fall under the rule of the grimvald patriatch & matriarch and their anointed heirs.

often when out on missions the wolves of 'the four' will introduce themselves as their full title or part of it as they see fit as an honorific, rarely giving their birthnames. birthnames are usually reserved for among pack-mates only and via the traditions of eventide cove are considered sacred and intimate.

when the undersåtter & zowa of eventide's cove are ready to choose their sovereignty they will have to complete a task given to them by the monarchs in relation to their path and bring the thing they were tasked to find to an 'alter' during a full moon where they will then be named as their sovereignty.
