Profile of Skyfire: Details
Appearance
Reference 1 Reference 2

Skyfire stands at 14.2 hands, or 58 inches. Just under five feet tall at the point of the shoulder. Skyfire is well rounded in build, but isn't scrawny or week in any way. Skyfire has been built for the terrain. She can run long distances without falter, and her liver colored pelt stands out in stark contrast of the ground.

Skyfire's forelock and mane are very long, whispy, and ranges in different shades of crème and white, the official name for the color known as "Flaxen". Some highlights of red can be seen in particular places, and various lighting, but the vast majority is crème. Behind the forelock on her forehead is a small, white star. Her mane travels down her neck just to her whither, and gently brushes against her shoulders. At the base of her mane and forelock were deep shades of brown and red.

Her pelt color is liver, though in sunlight you can see other shades shifting and changing. A soft dappling appears in her coat when she's in the sunshine, while in shade it completely disappears from view. Her long legs fade into a darker shade of liver and black to make the color seem muted, and her hooves are a dark shade of grey with ripples of light sand.

Skyfire's eyes are a bright shade of yellow with hints of orange. It's as if the eyes can pierce through you, or that her eyes came from the sun itself. It is a stark contrast to her pelt, but it is also the very characteristic that created her name.
Personality
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral

Skyfire holds herself in high regard based on her looks, the line she came from, and her ability to survive. Because Skyfire has been a loner most of her life, she's happy with getting along by herself, though she can get bored pretty quickly in most situations. Besides grazing, running, and running some more, Skyfire sets out to entertain herself without putting herself in a tricky situation. She knows the perilous dangers of other predators such as mountain lions, but she hardly is affected by it. Mostly what she wants is to not be bored.

Skyfire appreciates strength in will and an unfaltering determination. Skyfire aims herself for the highest achievements, so she expects others that follow her to do the same. While she imagines herself a queen and getting treated as such one day, she holds little hope that anyone would grant her such a blessing. She's a queen in her own right even if she's only ruling herself.

One of her biggest drawbacks in her personality is that she has a temper and can be pretty impatient. Besides her impulsiveness also not making things easier, Skyfire can be pretty difficult to be around. She lacks a filter, swearing is part of her language, and she likes being the center of attention. Skyfire is young, so she has a lot to learn.
Biography
Skyfire was born into a rather large herd known for its prowess and nobility. While she was born a princess, as both of her parents ruled over their subjects, Skyfire was pampered and protected. This caused her to develop quite a stubborn and rebellious streak as she did whatever she wanted and hardly got in trouble for it. Only when her parents decided her behavior was inappropriate did she face any punishment, which was nothing more than a slap on the wrist. Skyfire shared her throne with her brother who was sent off into battle to defend the herd in territory skirmishes. While he did not have as much pampering as Skyfire received, her brother was still an important child.

As Skyfire grew older, and territory skirmishes got more intense, the prowess of her herd was soon becoming their downfall. Her parents became arrogant, to which she also became, and eventually lost most of the mares in the herd. Some of which bore his offspring. Eventually, another stallion ran in and split the herd in two, and Skyfire was one of the mares taken. Skyfire put up a good fight, but a bite to the back of the neck did her in, and she submitted. Skyfire had never been bitten before, and fights after being captured taught her to be tough and to stop acting like a snowflake. Eventually, she was able to fight her captors and ran off on her own. Since then, she's been alone and happy about it.
