Kincaid is a ruddy, sloe-eyed wolf with a thick, plush pelt. His guard hairs are cast in deep auburn, amber, and chocolate, and his underbelly is a dirty cream. He is of average height and weight; perhaps a bit smaller. Long whiskers. Squints like he's starring in a spaghetti western.

Kincaid is good about not taking himself too seriously (or not expecting others to, at least) but not quite as good about not taking others seriously. He found it difficult to pick up on jokes, sarcasm, and teasing in his younger years, but has since found tolerance and understanding for these matters, if not actual appreciation. Mainly, he is a simple man who likes simple things: a full belly, a cool night, and someone reliable at his side.

Born in Alaska, and grew up average in every away. He dispersed as a yearling and met his best friend, Nine Lives. The two males traveled together for several years, but have been separated for the past few months for unspecified reasons.
