Appearance
A rodent, dark brown fur that is nearly always damp from the river, sharp eyes the color of dust, and a tough fleshy tail. Quick paws with sharp claws and teeth, Rat is a danger only to those who dare intrude on his peace.
Personality
A worldly, charming, good-natured fellow. Rat enjoys a life of leisure and has found comfort in his daily routines beside the river. A lover of the water, Ratty won't be caught far from it. It is possible to pull the rodent from his riverside for a Sunday picnic in the grass. Ratty is an free thinker and a poet, composing doggerel in his free time. A genial man with a love of simple pleasures.

Rat has no family but is quite fond of his friends Badger, Mole, and even Toad.
