Biography
Ulrich's job his entire life was to look after his pack's princess and goddess, Adylaide. When civil unrest tore the pack apart, and her parents--the rulers--were struck down, he stole her away in the night to keep her safe and alive. Now they travel alone, in winter, in foreign lands. Will he succeed in doing his duty? Can he keep her safe now, out here, all alone? And will he be able to fend off her inappropriate interest in him, when they are so far from the rules and regulations of the society they left behind?
