Born Samirseti, the second son of Pharaoh Rahotep and his queen, Khesira, Samir was raised amidst the grandeur of Ta-Senet, a river kingdom flourishing under his father’s reign. Though second in line to the throne after his elder brother, Sebekhotep, Samir has never found himself haunted by the shadow of succession. Leadership is a burden he neither craves nor fears. Should it ever fall to him, he would accept it with grace, but he does not waste time dwelling on uncertainties.

From a young age, Samir stood out as a polished and accomplished figure, a testament to his royal lineage and meticulous upbringing. His sharp intellect and natural charisma made him a favorite at court, while his boldness and passion set him apart as more than just a prince of privilege. Despite his high status, he carried himself with a disarming charm, endearing him to both nobles and commoners alike.

Samir's education was extensive, covering subjects ranging from the intricacies of diplomacy to the art of warfare. His father, Rahotep, recognized his son's talent for forging connections and often tasked him with mediating disputes within the court. This early exposure to negotiation and leadership laid the foundation for his eventual role as Vizier.

When Samir came of age, Rahotep saw an opportunity to strengthen familial and political ties by sending him to the court of his uncle, Rashepses.
