Riot lives up to her name; she's silly, mischievous, quick-witted, and playfully upbeat. She does know when to take life seriously, yet somehow her lighthearted humor seems to pervade even the tensest situations. Sometimes, her chipper nature even seems inappropriate. With that said, she has another side to her personality so vastly different from her normal demeanor that she considers it another self. She calls it Okkatteiru, which means "the angry one." It is almost impossible to draw out this dark side of hers, yet when it does emerge, her wrath is a tremendous force.
