He liked being able to bounce ideas off other wolves, and discuss important issues- but perhaps Desdemona wouldn't be quite as open to answering each and every one of Bronco's questions, the way that Wraen used to. She didn't answer his question, and he was quick to take a hint. At least she wasn't so sick of him that she suggested they take separate routes, so he gave a soft chuff in agreement, and then set off down the mountainside, following her carefully before the rains got too hard.
