RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - RIP Fury - March 21, 2021 The two circled. A smirk played at her lips as the shade and the fae began to work together to bring her down. Whrist was the more dangerous of the two right now. Any opponent might then.... With a calculated consideration, Nyra lunged for Aerin first. This would sacrifice her hocks to Whrist's teeth, but for the Seelie's benefit and only that - the Overseer aimed to try and pin her. The battlemaiden continued to silently cheer them on in the meantime. RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - Whrist - March 25, 2021 Whrist was gleeful when the overseer went for the white witch, she did manage her dart in and nip once maybe twice but then she withdrew wanting to see more then anything else the result of Nyra's attack on someone else. She held her breath for the beauty of the warrior's movement, the easy strength that Nyra commanded something Whrist would never have but would admire in this woman. It would be long moments and watching before she could shake herself and realize she was supposed to be fighting at Aerin's side not Nyra's And almost reluctantly Whrist would circle to the left and dart in for a flank nip; only if and while Nyra had her maw on Aerin. Then Whrist jumped back shifting her body into the new starting position and went back to darting in and out with nips to Nyra's hock's, she needed to drive Nyra off Aerin However halfheartedly she wanted to. If the one flank nip and continued assault on her hocks didn't work she'd have to do something more drastic. RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - Necahual - March 29, 2021 Rather than finding purchase on the shieldmaiden's pale flank, the Seelie's muzzle bumps throbbingly against the Overseer's shoulder as Nyra whirls suddenly in the Specialist's direction. Aerin's tapering snout slides harmlessly off and aside of the woman, her blow deflected as the vast Phoenix barrels into her. It seems Whrist must tire or perhaps she purposely slackens her offense as the midwife's partner, Aerin thinks as dark shadows dance on her peripherals -- the still form of the shadeling who darts forward once or twice to nip at Nyra's heels in lackluster attack. As if her little sparrow peckings might drive away the Amazonian apex predator that's laid her out in the dirt, not unlike the ursine charge of a frostbitten nanuk in pursuit of a wounded fox. The moonlit vixen crumples easily beneath the unexpected rebuttal, rage igniting her veins as her spine meets the earth and the trees sway alarmingly -- her spindly, coltish limbs surging up to push into the leader's underbelly and chest as she barely manages to hold her opponent at bay. She wasn't sure she could trust Whrist, or trust herself to rely on the unstable corvid, and so, she settled for helping herself. With a high keen of a snarl, her long muzzle snapped towards Nyra's golden orbs though she had no true intentions of blinding her mentor. RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - RIP Fury - April 01, 2021 Nyra snapped teeth for Aerin with no true intent to harm. Though her fangs came close, the Overseer was briefly distracted by Whrist's nipping. This too made the path for Aerin to lunge for Nyra's eyes, which in turn made The Overseer back off, visibly pleased. "Very good!" She compliments easily, tail swaying RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - Whrist - April 16, 2021 Muse for Whrist is dead. DED Dead. I'll back out of this one for the time being sorry guys
She backed off, quickly as Nyra praised the other wolf and she nodded to both of them "Thanks Nyra, I'll keep this in mind, I need to patrol now" On those words she turned without another thought and trotted off to do just that. She made it her mission to keep the borders strong RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - Necahual - April 22, 2021 Just as quickly, the hart is released -- praised as Nyra backs away cheerfully, left to clamber to pale paws shakily as her heartbeat continues to war on in her chest. Silently, she watched Whrist go -- wondering if she'd imagined it. Maybe it was best if she avoided the raven entirely.
Fuck that, her chin tilted up with the proud thought, mercury moonstones still locked on the fading blip of ink as they hardened resolutely. She was Aerin now -- a Saint. She showed weakness to none, bowed to no one except the Deagons and the battlemaid shrouded in ivory before her. The Saluki turned to the warwife then, dipping her wisped crown gratefully. "Thank ye kindly fer ze lesson, Nyra," the Specialist murmured, shooting the woman in white a fleeting smile of kinship. "I suppose I should go find something to do vith myself," the midwife mused lightly, chuckling beneath her breath. "I'll see ya aroun', lady Overseer," the subordinate teased gently, bumping her shoulder against Nyra's as she moved to trot past the larger she-wolf. you're good! we can close with @Nyra's next post if that's good with you, Liv? RE: gypsy girl, where have you been - RIP Fury - April 23, 2021 of course! :3 It seemed things were wrapping up. Nyra nodded once as Whrist left, followed now by Aerin. "I'm always available to help." She smiled, offering the Seelie a lick to the crown before she trotted away, leaving Nyra to her own bidding. The Overseer looked around and took in a deep breath, exhaling slowly with a satisfied grin before she turned her own direction and went off to go patrol. |
