she took in his mismatched gaze and thought it detracted not at all from the genuine expressions on his face. "all right. but i snore," heda threw out, laughing softly as she led the way up into the dazzling height of her most favored place.

He cocked his head innocently when she warned him she snored. Was she onto him? Caracal only smiled demurely, following Heda as she led him upward to her lofty bed.
Upon arriving there, he surely confirmed her suspicions by flopping down right in the middle of her bed. Caracal made a show of getting comfortable, then let out a contented sigh.
Ah, yup, this will work,he said impishly, motioning for her to join him and unselfconsciously pulling her close for a sleepy snuggle.
