RE: Sweet Melody - Frederick - October 26, 2024 Listening as she spoke, Frederick peered into a sapphire gaze, ears perked as he remained seated, looking quite comfortable, clearly. It's a hobby,he replied, feeding what he was hearing back to her. That's good. You've got something to keep you busy.Frederick stood up, then. Looking north, he wondered what Lestan was up to right now. Then, he looked back down at the smaller woman. Do you need any help?He volunteered, knowing that he would probably be on his way soon. Whether she needed his help to remove the pelt, or to carry it back to the valley, Frederick would be willing to do whatever was necessary, wanting to stick around a little while longer before he ultimately had to leave. Anything. Whatever you ask of me--I can do.His tone was confident, his face friendly, yet serious. RE: Sweet Melody - Milan - October 27, 2024 Milan shook her head, though smiled at the man's willingness to assist her. "Just promise me you'll meet me again in a day or two, alright?" She made the request with a hopeful tone. She wished to see him again. "I should be returning to my pack shortly, and I'm sure you need to return to Swiftcurrent Creek." While she was sad to be parting ways, she was sure she would see him again. Her first friend. What an exciting day this had been! RE: Sweet Melody - Frederick - October 27, 2024 Milan wasn't the only one saddened by the parting, but she was right. They should both be heading home, now. Frederick smiled, though, before he spoke: You'll be seeing me again, don't worry,a jest accompanied with his classic grin. And I hope to see yourself, Milan. Safe travels. He dipped his head towards her, standing for a second, two seconds, before he turned, heading north back to the creek. This would not be the last time they interacted; he knew. He just had to be patient. She'd be expecting him in a few days. Federick was left smiling, seemingly having been drawn out of his shell by the lovely lass. |
