A gesture of her head, and Chaudry was gone.
She would listen to Pala's words with care, and should there be cause, immediately strip her son of his title when they returned to the vale.
Hit him where it hurts. Knock him down when he's finally reached the top.
It can be assumed that Viskani will leave after Pala's next post.

For now, she dismissed Alaric's words with a flick of her ears. She hadn't asked him to leave, it didn't matter to her what he heard.
Viskani, I'm going to be blunt. Chaudry seeked me to have his children because he was worried that you, for a fourth litter, would have no daughters.She spoke, analysing the Matriarche's face.
It was stupid, and I should not have given in. None of this trouble would have been caused if I hadn't.
I attacked him when he came to me, indirectly, asking me to kill your newborn daughter.It still bothered her to think about that night.
He does not think she is a valid heir. Not in comparison to Julienne.
She had said her piece, and now looked to Alaric with her gaze shifting into a glare.
And you. Do not blame me for your own assumptions, especially when you never bothered to bring them up to me.She nearly snarled. He had no right to be angry with her.
I said we had fought and that he asked me to do something I did not agree with. I never said he hit me. You are a good man to have been willing to fight against Chaudry should that have been the truth, but you will not speak down to me.
Saying nothing more, she left to retrieve her children from Treepie.

Alaric was angry and Pala's heated words made his blood boil. And he growled at her. Teeth pulled back in a snarl. This was all a mess. And yes he carried blame, but so did she. So did the fucking mother of that piece of shit. And frankly were he a different man, he kick her out on her ass, but as it was he would not.
Eyes narrowed and he now knew he would not and could not trust her. Nor would she ever speak to him as she just had. He was a leader for a reason, and despite that he was a kind wolf most of the time. She was testing his pateince.
He snorted in disgust, but he watched until the rest of the group were gone. Once they were essentially off his lawn, he would return to border patrol.
