His proclamation was met with a small giggle, growing as he collapsed near her. This time, as she rose and prodded him; he did not wake. It seemed he was well and truly asleep, and after a few more minutes of poking, the girl headed on her way. She'd taken less than him, and thus had a while still to go before she crashed as he did. She made her way back in the general direction of Easthollow, meandering through the trees and occasionally slipping and crashing into an assortment of objects.

After he had fallen asleep, he had no idea how long he had been asleep. But by the time he did wake up, his high companion was gone. He looked about with almost-closed eyes, and when he looked up he saw that the sky had grown dark. As he moved, he found himself with a headache. So instead, he remained in his own spot.
