omen - Sesi - July 19, 2015 Set the day before the BWP.
Something out of the ordinary was about to happen. Sesi could sense it well in advance of visual clues, and it made her cranky and difficult to deal with. Whatever it was, this thing in the air, it was a disruption to her Eat, Shit, Sleep routine, and the silvery pup was not known to welcome change with grace and a smile. In time, her sensitivity to it would serve her well - already, she possessed a knack for seeing things as they were. She stalked towards the light of the exit on unsteady limbs, mewling and spitting at the Unknown Thing the had no body and no face. Someone needed to do something about the peculiar quality of the air that was pressing in on her from all sides. RE: omen - RIP Valette - July 19, 2015 Desna was not very bothered about the things around her. She was just very keen on having her mommy close to her. Then everything was alright. Her mommy was giving her food, cuddles and comfort. Those were all the things she wanted. The fat pup stumbled around the den. She was practicing hard to walk around on her paws like her mommy did. Though often her fluff was in the way or she would jump around and fall over. She often pretended she was a super wolf and made all kinds of super jumps. Only this time she landed on top of her silvery sister. Desna nosed at Sesi's ear and then bit down into it. Play! If Desna wasn't sleeping or pestering her mom for more food then she was often trying to get her siblings to play with her. Today Sesi was the unfortunate chosen one. "Bwarrr!!!," She let out randomly, still squishing Sesi by laying on top of her. RE: omen - Nanook - July 19, 2015 She felt the shift in the air, the press of something she couldn't explain and didn't understand. The energy wormed its way beneath her fur and wouldn't let go. She flitted her newfound sight around the dark and stuffy den, and what began as a shuffling squirm grew into an urge she couldn't control. Sesi's spitting only strengthened her edge. Her fur rose with every passing moment, and no amount of rolling seemed to clear the buzz inside. Enough was enough. She rolled over once more then let her energy snap, teetering at her sisters as quickly as her clumsy paws would let her. Sesi spat at the world, Desna didn't seem to care, but Nanook could only let the energy charge her. She felt a low growl erupt from her throat as she roughed against her sisters with the grace of a rock, tumbling over their dog pile and landing with a thud on the coarse ground at their side. RE: omen - Sesi - July 20, 2015 Desna didn't seem to give a hoot that the apocalypse was nigh. She was the most carefree of her sisters, greeting each day and every new situation with enthusiasm. It was a trait that Sesi would come to envy in time, but that was a Level 50 emotion - too complex for someone that had barely seen the end of their first month. All she knew now is that her sisters' vibrant energy soothed her, even though she was so totes annoying. She retaliated by rolling beneath her sister's ample bulk. On her back, with one tiny paw on either side of her sister's dark face, she fought backs with high yips and swats and wriggling. Nanook was quick to join in, sailing over the pair of them like a crashing blimp. Sesi mewled at her downed comrade - presumably asking for assistance in the great task of toppling Desna the Destroyer - before seizing the darkest sister's muzzle in her gummy mouth. RE: omen - RIP Valette - July 20, 2015 Desna the Destroyer, omg I love it.
Desna didn't think about much, not yet. This didn't mean she was stupid, she just felt safe around this den. Confident even. She didn't think about the bad weather she couldn't see or that she might crush Sesi with her bigger plump body. Their mommy was right here with them so Desna was more than comforted they would be okay. Maybe she was like her mother; trusting things easily or maybe the brave nature of her father since she didn't scare quickly. What ever it was the carefree pup was more than soothed at the moment. Her tail was almost a propellor behind her because she was definitely winning. That was when Nanook came in, making Desna almost fall off Sesi. Desna pushed herself back on top of Sees, or at least trying to, mouth fighting back at Sesi. She didn't have the strength to stay long on the wiggling body of her sister and with a yip the round girl rolled off her sister. Her four plump paws in the air. She was still having fun though because her tail was still going crazy. She had to attack Nook! Desna wanted to get back on her feet by rolling over but this was not an easy thing to do. Her paws were sprawling in this air as she tried to roll over from her back. She let out growls of frustration. Luckily a nudge from her favorite wolf got her back on her tummy. Des got onto her feet again and instantly jumped on top of her middle grey sister. They were the best of friends! Desna was very fond of both her sisters, though she was boss. RE: omen - Nanook - July 20, 2015 The dusty ground puffed around her, and Nanook let out a squeal of laughter, writhing against the dimly lit floor. From somewhere beyond Sesi beckoned, a call Nanook chose to ignore. The energy on the air consumed her again, and she felt her nerves tingle with the burst of something inside. The tumble could wait, but her writhing was cut short. From her throat rose a yelp of surprise as something flattened her from above. A bolt coursed through Nanook and she acted on the surge, twisting beneath Desna and turning on her charcoal sister with her own blunt gums. Unlike Sesi, she didn't call for help - not because she didn't need it, but because asking didn't even cross her mind. No one jumped on her and got away with it - not even her sister - and Nanook set all her puppy strength in an upward thrust to right this wrong so sorely committed against her. RE: omen - Sesi - August 09, 2015 With Nanook and Desna otherwise engaged, Sesi retreated, scuttling away from her frolicking siblings with her tail tucked between her legs. She settled at her mother's elbow, making suspicious eyes at a sky that was - so far - doing absolutely nothing wrong. But it would. Somehow, Sesi knew that something was wrong. The ash-coloured baby pressed close to Scarlett, every one of her freshly forged muscles tight with anticipation. Last post from me!
RE: omen - RIP Valette - August 09, 2015 Last post from me too. Damn those Puppy Energy Levels! xD
Desna let out a grunt when her sister thrusted against her. Desna made a roll and tumbled over the ground. She shook her fat head and then got to her feet. She charged at Nanook again, blubber wobbling heavily when she did. She wanted to make another jump on top of Nanook but she stumbled over her own paws and landed on her sister with her butt. Desna let out a cry in pleasure. She was a SUPERNINJA! Yes. Suddenly her energy levels were drained and she was so tired. The dark pup yawned sleepily and then curled up closing her eyes. Nanook hadn't won!! She just called in a brief timeout!! Yes that was all. Just a quick nap before she would kick her sister's butt (in a nice lovable sister way). RE: omen - Nanook - August 23, 2015 Sorry for taking so long! Last post from me as well (: Crazy pups <3
Nanook's effort payed off and she sounded her pleasure with a warbled shout. In the height of her adrenaline she lost sense of the others in the den. She rounded a moment too late. A larger mass barrelled against her, and Nanook's cry turned to a startled yelp. Her side met the ground and at the moment of impact she set about in a writhing squirm. No - she had beaten her sister! Nanook scrambled, but found no purchase for her paws. She could only snake her way out from under her sister's heavy rump. With a few more twists and turns, she worked a final squeeze and pulled herself free from Desna's pressure. The Apaata wasted no time. She whipped around with eyes ablaze and leapt forward, only to stumble over Desna's already sleeping form. She turned back and frowned. The air still pierced her, set her on edge, but no one else was playing. Everyone else was cowering or sleeping, and she was left alone to burn off her energy again. |
