wildberry meadow!
Casmir had been feeling the pressure of incoming adulthood rather fiercely. with his dad out of commission and his mom glued to his dad's side, there wasn't a lot of focus placed on the boy these days. he tried to seek out Eilidh for comfort, but she was worried about their sire, and therefore no fun. thus the youth left the borders and drifted along in aimless search of prey or diversion.
unbeknownst to him, he was heading in the very direction of his father's most hated enemy. the only thing that kept Casmir from traveling further was the fear of getting lost and a field of berry bushes. the sweet taste of the little fruits complimented meat very well, he had found, and while he had none of that, now he had berries.
the Mayfair boy padded along between the laden shrubberies, searching for raspberries.
