Run Free - Sebastian - September 15, 2015 Set in Firefly Glen
The large male was still wandered around the Caldera, even after the encounter with the two wolves of Black feather. It had almost be amusing with the female completely disrespecting the male. He tried not to think too much about it. His father wanted him dead that much was clear. Sebastian had to be careful, and he was most definitely not going anywhere close Black Feather. That would mean his dead. Sebastian wanted his father dead too, but he realized that killing wouldn't bring him too much peace. He just wanted to talk, and to know why. If only he could tell that message. Maybe talking would give him some peace, not that his father wanted that. It had been his own fault. He had not been very tactical when coming here. Sebastian wandered away from the Caldera into a wide Glen. His pace picked up, and slowly his feet carried him across the wide space. He felt like running, feeling the wind going through his fur. His life had been rather full of destruction. Would it ever end? Was he even able to settle down with a female. He hoped so. Maybe changing packs was something of interest to him. His father knew that he was in RHC, and he brought them only trouble. He didn't want to switch packs, they were his family but there weren't any wolves of his age, most wolves had loved ones and a family and he would bring them only in danger. It would make the target on his back less, would it? But where to go? The north didn't want him. To the sea? The other mountains? The valley beyond that? He would need to think about this. All of these thoughts went through him while he was going at max speed. RE: Run Free - Potema - September 15, 2015 She was an adult now, but she felt no different than before. Sure, she had added responsibilities, but didn't she always? Her mother put her to work the moment she could walk without falling on her ass every few steps. She had been working to become a priestess ever since the beginning. The only thing she was looking forward to — other than her initiation into the Dark Brotherhood, as was her birthright — was being able to wander the wilderness without the urge to come back. She wanted to be free. To be a witch, priestess, whatever she wanted, without any restraint. But alas, winter was coming, and fast. She had to enjoy what few moments of freedom she had left before it grew too cold to leave the Woods. She wandered close to Ouroboros again, intending on passing the charred ruin to the shore to meet a man she had long since neglected. She often wondered how he was, after he taught her to swim in the river. She had grown into her body since then, gaining the elegance her mother was slowly losing to age, her eye barely marring her face as she filled out. She was beautiful, though she never fawned over herself. Beauty can easily be stolen from you. It is a gift. The ever wise Night Mother murmured, as she walked north. But beauty has many benefits to my children. You will profit from your gifts, I assure you. While half listening to the voice, she cocked an ear to the real world, hearing fast paws on the ground. She attempted to find the source — the sound was echoed and seemed to come from everywhere — jumping out of the way in time when a gray blur headed her way. Potema snarled at her near collider. "Watch where you're going, dumbass!" RE: Run Free - Sebastian - September 16, 2015 Sebastian was running fast over the plains with his head in the clouds, which often happened to the young male. He was more of a mind wanderer as of late and it didn't seem to work to his own advantage. Still it felt good to stretch his limbs without feeling the constant pain. The young male was thinking of leaving the pack he felt at home to gave them be out of danger. He narrowly missed a wolf, which what took him from his thoughts. He jumped to the side and lowered his speed. He turned to see if the wolf he almost ran over was alright. Once he saw her he wished he hadn't. The damn female he met before. She was Burke's step daughter. His ears flattened. "You," he huffed and stepped a few paces back like she was some kind of vermin. She was one of the wolves he didn't feel like seeing at all. He didn't need to be reminded of the fact how wonderful his father was to her, and how much the male seemed to hate him. It made Sebastian only feel worse about himself. He was tempted to just turn around and run away from her, that is what he usually did in the end. Run. Maybe that was why the running felt so good since he was always on the run or traveling to some place to feel a bit of happiness. The point was that he never felt truly happy, only sparks of joy. The most recent once when he got his Redhawk name. RE: Run Free - Potema - September 16, 2015 Her single eye focused on the wolf that nearly hit her side, and smirked. This pussy again. And look at him now, still sniveling as always. When he took two steps back, she took two forward, her body language all confidence. "Yeah, it's me, the child Burke actually likes." Her tail wagged in the air like a pennant, getting into Sebastian's face. "You look pathetic. Are you going to cry or something?" She cocked her head, looking up at the male's face. A mixture of fear and sadness. Pathetic. He was not Burke's son in anything but looks. The pups Meldresi was soon to bear were more badass than he was. RE: Run Free - Sebastian - September 17, 2015 Sebastian really didn't need her negative talk to talk him down. He was already doubting himself and this female was just going to add more insecurity in his life. Sebastian inhaled sharply. "Like I care about Burke liking me," he returned. He would have to face it, they were never going to like each other and Sebastian was tempted to move out of this space. Burke's presence and his friends were breathed down on him. Sebastian made himself bigger and hiding more of his facial expressions, not going to lower himself to her level. He could just attack her on her blind side, which was a low blow. Sebastian wouldn't do that, he had morals. He then smiled through her insults. She was underestimating him, what a rookie mistake. RE: Run Free - Potema - September 20, 2015 "Yeah, sure." She smirked. She didn't puff herself up like Sebastian did, keeping her fur flat and her body language calm. He was the one overreacting. "You talk too much about him. It makes your argument unbelievable." She looked into his eyes, making sure that if he was going to try something, she would know from his looks first. He looked agitated and ready to leave; he might try to aim a blow at her before speeding off like the coward he was. "Stop thinking about him Your last conversation with me was all about Burke, and the same went for your conversation with my brother. You don't even talk to each other." Damien didn't think too highly about this bastard son either. Who would? He was sniveling and yellow-bellied, not worthy to be related to her father at all. He needed to stop worrying so much about a man who was not, and would never be, his father. RE: Run Free - Sebastian - September 21, 2015 If only Sebastian knew how similar they somewhat were. Potema also didn't have her biological father to grow up with and she wasn't really fond of him either. Sebastian looked unimpressed with the teenagers words. "Yeah, last time was months ago. I actually didn't start about my father in this conversation, you did. And now you keep mentioning him like you are in love with him or something," he pointed out. Surely he did care and wanted to get appreciated but he realized that would never happen. And she didn't know what was going on in his mind so she could just fuck off with Burke. Maybe they even had some weird incest-like relationship for all he knew. His knew his father had no qualms when it came to that department. That was gross. Sebastian kept his hackles raised and glared at her. How could he even see her half blind ugliness as his daughter. From what he remembered he was all about looks. The young male just shook it off. He was going to think about his father, that was all the man wanted to haunt him and drive him crazy. RE: Run Free - Potema - September 27, 2015 Potema scoffed. Her father was in love with her mother, and no one else. "I love Burke like my father. You, of course, wouldn't know what that's like." She couldn't imagine Burke loving anyone else; she wasn't sure if he ever had. It never seemed like he did. The same went for her mother. It was almost like they were perfect for each other, with barely any extra baggage, except this son. "Calm down, now." She noticed his hackles raising, for no reason at all. It wasn't like she was going to attack him anyway. He was the big, brawny one here. "You still haven't apologized for nearly trampling me." What was his deal, anyway, running about without looking where he was going. Fool. RE: Run Free - Sebastian - September 28, 2015 Sebastian really didn't care for the female. He had his own pack and for her to say those things that he didn't know how a fatherly love felt like was also a lie. But why argue against her? What would benefit would give that to him. Sebastian really didn't care. He looked at the young female as she told him to calm down it seemed like she didn't want him to attack her. Plus that would make Burke probably more mad. "And I am not going to," he stated with some clear disinterest in his tone. The young male was pretty done with Blackfeather and all its members. He was never going to fit in there and he didn't want to. His pale eyes looked away for her for a moment. Why bother. He wanted to go. The male didn't even stay goodbye before turning around and leaving in he direction he wanted to go. He had a casual run but he could speed up if the female was going after him. Sebastian left the scene. - Sebasian exit - Can you archive it after your post? :3
RE: Run Free - Potema - October 03, 2015 Potema barked out a bitter laugh as her father's estranged son ran away, amused by his cowardice. She still marveled at how different he was from his father, other than looks. The princess ruminated a few theories and concepts, but pushed it aside. He wasn't worth the trouble. He barely posed a threat to the pack, and even if he did try to come meet his father, he would be met with tooth and claws. She secretly hoped that he did, just so she could see his face. But that was only a hope, a fantasy. She tended to think in terms of reality, and reality meant that she had much more important things to do. With that, the princess walked towards Ouroboros, the pathetic child her father had sired dissipating into her mind. |
